Okanagan Beach Rentals

Called for info and got hung up on, but the people at the location were friendly and helpful! Happy with what we rented from them.

Rented a peddle boat with my sister for an hour. The entire hour we were watched by binoculars and we were not at all comfortable being constantly watched. After 40 minutes we brought the boat back. I feel extremely uncomfortable when the employees have to stand there on the beach with binoculars just to stare at you for an hour straight. We were peddling. On the water. Like peddleboats do. Doing absolutely nothing wrong. Wore our life jackets and everything but they still insisted to stare at us the entire time we tried to enjoy ourselves

My family and I rented paddle boards for the first time and had a blast! The rental process was easy and quick.While we definitely had fun, my 9 year old accidentally dropped his paddle and we were unable to locate it. Per the waiver I signed, I paid a reduced rate to replace it. Fair enough! Those paddles aren’t cheap!A day later though, Barry the owner, called me to let me know someone had located the paddle and returned it to them. He refunded me for what I paid for the missing paddle. Integrity move!!!Thanks Barry for the effort to track me down and refund me! I never would have known the paddle was returned so I appreciated the honesty and effort. We are definitely going to rent from Okanagan Beach Rentals again.

Great experience and nice location!

Staff is very friendly!! Definitely will be back to rent another paddle board when I’m in town. Only thing I would suggest is moving to another location. Beach area is small so you can’t really explore much of the lake with the limitations they gave.
