Took my car here to find out a noise that started after a engine wash. They told me its a barring that would eventually need replacing anyway even though the car only has 50,000km on it. I figured its just one part and its at their shop anyways so I said to just replace the part. They later call me and tell me its not the barring but its the alternator that needs replacing. So I just wasted my money on a part that didn't need replacing and Im gonna take a second blind shot and play guessing games with my time and money? No thanks...never coming here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Visited on 3 separate occasions to get the same brake issue fixed, but the brakes failed on me resulting in a preventable accident if the job was done properly.After purchasing the car, a squeaking noise was coming from the tires, apparently after new brake pads were put on.First visit: took the car in to get the squeaking fixed.A new sound occurred, and an appointment was made to come in for a Friday.Second visit: I came in for my appointment, and was told that time was needed for the fix, and was told to leave and reschedule. I should mention that I live far from the shop. That was convenient.Third visit: the Tuesday following the second visit, the problem was apparently fixed, until the sounds from the tires occurred again whenever the brakes were applied.Would not recommend.

This is a great garage. The line up of customers on a Saturday morning is a testament to this. I was referred to them about 3 years ago and Chris and the crew have been excellent. They always suggest the most cost effective repair and have done great work on my two vehicles. I am very happy to recommend Ontario Emissions Test Service Centre Inc.

I've been taking my cars to Ontario Emissions for about 7-years and highly recommend them! Mike & Chris are the most honest, reliable guys you can deal with. Everyone on their team is professional and they all take good car or my cars.I have sent several friends to them and they all have thanked me for the recommendation. Over the last 7-years they have done everything from oil changes, tire swaps, AC repairs, brakes, sunroof repairs. Always top notch work and great pricing.

The service and professionalism at this garage is exceptional. The owners are extremely genuine people who truly put the customer first. I am a young female who does not have a ton of knowledge about the mechanics of a vehicle and I honestly feel like I can trust Chris and Mike's advice.
