Enahsor Construction

The treatment that we have experienced from this company is truly shameful and disgusting. In June 2020 we contracted Enahsor to do our front door stairs and landing. Within 2 months there was a long crack in the landing which we contacted Shane about in August 2020 and he advised us that he would be back “next spring” to address the cracked area. Almost a year later, in May 2021, we contacted Shane again regarding the repairs that were to be done, with photos of additional cracks and lifting concrete that were now apparent. He advised us, in May 2021, that he would come by in two weeks and never showed up. All efforts to communicate with Shane since then have been unsuccessful . To date, he has not contacted us once despite consistent and documented efforts on our end to reach out to him regarding the repairs that were to be done within the warranty given – and despite his knowledge of the cracks in our concrete, via his work, he has been non responsive and continues to deliberately ignore texts, calls and emails. It appears that once the money was paid, Shane found it acceptable to neglect his obligation to his customers under warranty, and about customer service period. His website states that they take great pride in personal commitment but it is clear, through his neglect, that this is a boldface lie. We are extremely disappointed as we initially contracted Shane and as result got him additional contracts with our neighbours who are unfortunately experiencing the same issues with cracks and deterioration of the concrete work and are also unable to get a response from Shane despite numerous and consistent attempts to make contact. I encourage you to spend your money elsewhere with a company who is dependable, honest and trustworthy.

Thier work quality is so bad it started to show problems immediately after completion.Asked to fix the problems based on the work and labour warranty they provided, they ignored.I am suing them right now.so nobody would have my problem

Shane and his crew are very professional and started and ended when he said he would. Hey did an amazing job stamped concrete patio and added fire pit/ walkway. His price was very fair and would definitely recommend him for your concrete jobs. Shane also did more then we asked which was so appreciated

Shane and his team were very professional he showed up before promised date and did what was agreed upon he and his team are extremely good at what they do and very neat as well. We are very pleased at the job and the price we will definitely recomend them to family and friends and will be using them again in the near future for other improvements on our home. I would definitely recommend Enahsor for your next concrete project. I had a great experience. I needed a driveway extension fairly quickly. Shane came and within a day most of the work was complete. He is an honest person and hard worker. It's hard to come by trust worthy contractors/ construction companies. Shane is doing his part in being reliable and takes pride in his work. I would trust him for my next projects!

In July 2020, our neighbour had concrete work done by Roshane of Enahsor. We contacted Roshane by telephone and had several conversations with him re quotes and contracted with Enahsor to do a concrete patio and walkway. In June 2021, we noticed several large cracks in the concrete and pieces of it lifting off and contacted Roshane about our concerns. We received no response and continually contacted him. In early July he responded the same day in two separate texts will be there to look at your neighbour as well" and "not sure when". He never showed up and in fact

Shane and his team did an outstanding job in making our backyard look absolutely amazing. We contacted Shane for a quote and he was very friendly and professional. He provided us a very reasonable estimate to have our backyard upgraded with the use of stamped concrete. He also shared with us some ideas and examples that we can use which help us come up with the final design. Shane and his team arrived to start the work exactly as they had planned and they even finished the work much ahead of schedule. My wife and I were extremely impressed with how hard Shane, Mark, Tony & Brian had worked to get the job done. After the work was done, we were awe struck with how much nicer our backyard looked with the stamped concrete. Before we would not spend much time in the backyard. Now that we have the stamped concrete, we spent so much of our time in the backyard and we can’t even wait to start inviting guests to see it.
