Firefighters Banquet & Conference Centre

It's a super old building but cheap drinks and that usually have good music.. the crowd is a bit older but always pleasant to talk to abms food is good.. one of the only places gay actually gives you more than you can eat

A big thanks to Jamie and Steve from Firefighters Banquette Hall, for providing us with a wonderful space to host our wedding ceremony. We sincerely appreciate the flexibility and understanding of the ongoing changing circumstances revolving around COVID and that they stood by and were ready to help us along the way. Excellent location for a wedding. The price was very reasonable and the food was excellent. (*Pro tip for the Grooms, do not tell the staff to clear the head table.. you will be to busy to eat and you will need food laying around.) I would highly recommend throwing your wedding here. Spend less on the venue and more time planning entertainment for your guests. Staff were on point and responded very well to the groom barking orders at them. Actually barking orders is kind of fun, would highly recommend that too.

Wedding venue review.I'd give them 20 stars if i could. John and Jamie are fantastic to work with. They are prompt with their replies, and always very accommodating. The venue was very spacious for a sub-100 guest wedding, and the facilities were well maintained.But the best of their best shone through on the day of. The staff was very well trained and extremely accommodating to the guests. They are there at the nick of time when you need them, and then just disappears. The entire night was such an intimate experience because all you see is your friends and family. When dinner started, both the bride and groom got personalized service to pick out food for them. How cool is that?! Then there is the food. THE FOOD!! What a gorgeous buffet! (we upgraded to premium / tier 4) It will put buffets at expensive hotels to shame! AND THE CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN! I wish i had more time to stuff my face.

Note that this is not operating as a banquet hall and this facility is being used as a COVID-19 Vaccination clinic by Fraser Health Authority right now.Staff were checking appointment bookings to make sure people were showing up at the correct time. While there was some wait if you’re looking for a particular vaccine, some staff will walk up and down the line to check if people want less popular vaccines. I felt the process was quite smooth from check-in, to getting the vaccine itself, to the sanitation taking place in the waiting area post-vaccine.Thank you to all the professional and friendly folks who are contributing their time to run this vaccine clinic. Your efforts are appreciated!

Fun little venue in a central location. We were hired for an Employee Appreciation Event there once and it was a positive experience. Good reception room to rent if you want something with a stage for your entertainment.

Great place for our event, it was clean and the sound quality for audio and microphones was great. Also, Steve and Jamie were friendly and easy to communicate with. I'd definitely book here again!

Food was delicious and the staff were attentive without being over bearing. 2 thumbs up for my birthday celebration.

Attentive waitresses, and the kitchen does a great job. Dont expect anything fancy, but they do a great burger.Huge place too, wasn't expecting the size.

Went to the Firefighters Banquet Hall for a wedding. The food was Awesome the wine and spirits were flowing. Good atmosphere. Great evening over. I would book this venue in a heartbeat.
