I used to go to the other subway on terminal but the staff at this location are much more friendly and accommodating. Even during a busy lunch rush they made time to go the extra mile. Thank you ❣️

A tall south Asian guy was adding the ingredients to the sandwich, as he added, his black sweater was touching the food, which i told him. And the sandwich was not even hot when heated. I almost puked out. Not coming to this store anymore.- 24/12/2022

Most definitely the rudest employee, the vegetables are all rotten and mixed together,I told her that I think the vegetables expired,she told me they were just cut too thin? Okay!!! Then proceeded to ask me if I wanted the sub or not, at this point I had already lost my appetite!

Normally I love subway and visit often but couldn't believe my last experience. Walked in, only one staff member. She was helping one customer, had a preheated sub on the counter and took half our order. She didn't have to struggle as a manager or supervisor was available but he was in the hallway playing on his phone. Walked out, saw how busy she was and walked away again. In the meantime the preheated sub sat there. When finally he decided to wash up and help, the girl was also dealing with a pickup. Noticed the tomatoes and cucumbers were frozen!! Yes frozen, lifeless, soggy with ice chunks clinging to them. Mentioned it to the guy that they were frozen and he continued to serve them. I passed on most of the toppings as both of them HAD TO have know their condition and yet continued to serve them to customers. We were in for about 15 mins and that same preheated sub was still sitting there. Poor guy receiving that take out sub. Now when im paying $25+ dollars for a sub and a half I FULLY EXPECT the veggies to be perfect. BIG let down. Hope thats not a regular service for them. I gave 1 star because can't add a review without it. 4 stars for the girl as she was trying BUT continued with the frozen veggies so lost a star. Food quality 0 and service 0.

Terrible subway. I asked for a teriyaki sub and ended up somehow with roast chicken and bacon. The sever didn’t seem to listen to what fillings I was asking for at multiple points and then charged $17 which I’m pretty sure Is a lot more than a typical teriyaki sub with no add ons…

Extremely unhappy with this restaurant. I ordered 2 subs at 8:13 and after and hour and a half I am still waiting on the delivery. By car this subway is 7 minutes from my house, and contacting this business is next to impossible. Both my boyfriend and I called this restaurant over 15 times and there was no answer and the voicemail is full. I will not be returning. I regret ever giving them my money

I just went there to use the washroom and there was a girl kept saying no,no. I asked her reason for not letting me to use the washroom cause they were open and I was ready to buy food. She didn't say anything except no. I think they need to train the employees about customer service.

Subway is killing it lately, the food is better than ever.It's almost as if they are compensating for some horrible past issue.
