We have a 10 month old standard poodle & I've been really happy with the Dr. She seems very knowledgeable and open to answering my questions.

My dog was in tip top shape jumping around happy go lucky. I brought her to this vet to check the lump near her tail the vet told me she had a tumor and that she was going to give her an injection to shrink the tumor, and died within 24 hours. Never going there again. Horrible incompetent vet.

Dr. Weber was really good with my cat. The receptionist was super friendly. What I like is that they seem really ethical with their prices compared to a lot of places, as in they do not overcharge. Super reasonable and friendly staff.

They were accommodating with their hours. I was able to get an urgent appointment when puppy began chewing his paws. They were very helpful. I will continue his care here.

Useless. Zero stars if could. Actually, negative five stars.I called over eight times in a day during their opening hours and FINALLY got a hold of the most useless receptionist I’ve ever seen. I spoke English and she refused to accommodate and only answered in French. I have a new puppy and wanted to make an appointment for another day because my dog is having bowel issues. I wanted to start a file here and have this be our official vet. The lady stopped me mid-sentence to tell me that they absolutely won’t take her and only do “annual” appointments and no check ups and they only have room for two weeks from now. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

If you love your animals, stay away from this place.

If I could rate this place less than 1 star, I would. We brought our cat in because she was not eating, drinking, or voiding. The vet, a woman, diagnosed her based solely on our replies to her questions. She never examined her except for taking her rectal temperature. She also administered some fluids to her. She sent us home with her and gave us an appetite stimulator but told us that she could not keep her there because it would be difficult to treat her since our cat was scared and apprehensive. What vet does that?? At the very least, she should have told us to take her elsewhere. We trusted her and as a result, our beloved cat died two days later and we can't help but think that had we brought her to another vet, she would have been diagnosed properly and she might still be here with us and we wouldn't be experiencing so much grief. We were told by some friends that she possibly had kidney failure and the fluids this vet administered to her made it worse because she couldn't urinate. We would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else if you love your pets!

Clinique Veterinaire Jarry has by far the best vet team ever. They are professional, have been super accommodating when we have had emergencies, and show that they very much care for their patients. They adhere to strict covid measures, which is very reassuring.Just had a teeth cleaning for my cat this week, and the procedure was a bit of a risk because of a health issue, so I was very concerned. They called me multiple times throughout the day to keep me posted on his blood work results, my cat's progress through the procedure, asked for consent before removing any teeth, and to let me know when he was waking up and doing alright. They even called me the next day to follow up on how he's feeling and ask if he's eating well. Dr Gauvin and Manon truly went above and beyond for my cat, as I know they do for all their patients. Their secretary is also sweet and funny.Their prices are more than fair too. You can tell they don't want to overprice and discourage people from bringing their pets.Only con is the male Dr seemed a bit inexperienced and mixed up a little this past summer, but was still quite nice and asked for Dr Gauvin's input to reassure me. I did not see him last time I was there, so I'm not sure if he still works there.Overall, I have recommended them many times, and will continue to recommend this clinic forever, because they truly are the best!

I go there with my bengal kitten Itachi we always have a fun time in the waiting room with the other fluff balls and the Dr is super atentionate and caring

Extremely unprofessional and unqualified staff. I just called to get an appointment for a second medical opinion and the receptionist completely refused to take my request saying that they do not take new clients and that their medical team does not give second opinion. For those of you that are clients of this establishment, be careful !! You are not putting the health and safety of your furry friends at risk!
