It's a great place to live.. I've been here 11 years very few issues with neighbors but that is a normal thing... well maintained roads and other areas of the park

Worst place i have ever lived. Nothing but toxic people and a bad environment to raise a family. Alot of drug activity take place in the park. Park manager is very nasty and unfair. Alot of noisy neighbors who cause unnecessary problems for you to live comfortably. But of all things the drug activity is by far the worst. A lot of drug dealers live here. As well as sell drugs and make them in the park. The play ground area is so unfit for a child. Very dangerous. Cheap set.

The Village Mobile Home Park is centrally located off Transit Road in South Lockport, just minutes from shopping, dining, and professional services. It features a clubhouse and a swimming pool for the residents use and neighbors live harmoniously. It’s reasonably priced and a nice place to live.

Worst place to live ever. Didn't even wanna give 1 star. Park manager might just be the worst person on earth. Only there to visit my sister. My mom lived there for years and passed away. She left me and my sisters her mobile home we fixed up to the best of our abilities. And tried to sell and she wouldn't approve any potential buyers for residency until we owed too much back lot payments and took ownership of my moms home. Then by miracle she approved some one to move in as soon as she got her greedy hands on it. And she loves to talk about people behind there backs. Please don't go there looking for a place to live. I would recommend the woodlands if a mobile home is in your future.

I've lived here for 13 years. It's a safe, friendly neighborhood where neighbors often become friends, and everyone look out for each other. The mail room is secure which gives peace of mind. We greatly appreciate how well they take care of the streets year round- especially in winter! If your downsizing or starting out with smaller, more affordable home- this is the manufactured home community you want to choose.

This is a nice community. I've known people that live there for years and things get taken care of reasonably well. The properties are basically kept up and clean. There are some very nice properties along the peripheral areas of this park. I would say it's relatively peaceful Living For a mobile home community.

Very toxic environment,use to love living there but after dealing with the park manager and her husband can tell not much working in the old brain department. They choose to stand up for the drug dealers in the park,when people complain about noise ,frequent flyers in and out of park for drug runs. Alot of no class,low class people moving in to park. If anyone needs drugs any kind go see people in #299,poly substance dealers.

I have lived here for going on 7 years It is a good mobile park I have good neighbors And the management at the park is good

If you like crowded neighborhoods you'll love it...me...I'm just a country boy.

Great place been living here for 10 yrs and call it home and they celebrate the Holy season with several different displays of the Holidays
