Only problems!! Doesn’t matter what it is I buy there are problems. Vapes or filters don’t work or leak. The staff that has served me are either super high and overly loud and anxious or baked and really slow. They have a customer rewards and account to keep track of purchases but won’t return, exchange or refund without paper receipt. Very disappointing service for a franchise that has multiple locations.

Super friendly and patient staff, they know their stuff and will guide you to what you’re looking for that works best for you, this is my go to shop for anything vape related. 10/10!

This place is the bomb tons of selection updated seemingly daily. Really nice staff always super helpful and understanding. And open later and earlier than pretty much anyone. I've had nothing but A1 experiences here.

I don't come here often, only if I need juice after work, but the person who helped me was so sweet and full of energy!!! They also gave me a great suggestion of what might be my new favorite juice!

the gals here are so nice and incredibly energetic. i have never in my life experienced such lively and amazing customer service before. i always go out of my way to shop here! the rewards program is also great. i wish more people in customer service jobs were as enthusiastic and outgoing as the staff here.

Leaking pod, called 20 mins after purchase and cant get a replacement. Ill shop online and avoid this shop in the future.

I'm in their rewards program, my partner and I live close by and have been going here for about three years. I was turned away because they wouldn't accept my combined driver's license/ health card as primary ID and student ID as secondary ID. I'm 31, not like I'm barely legal.Went to Vape Street instead, they had the product I was looking for, were super nice and told me that's not a new regulation they've heard of and that Student ID is valid ID as per the government website. There are two other places to get vape supplies in walking distance from Simatech - Vapor Solutions and Devonshire and the people there are easier to deal with, pleasant even.

There’s no reason to ask for ID when you are a repeat customer and have grey in your beard.Come on, ridiculous store policy…do I want to give you my business?

I’m so disappointed. I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now, and spend time a few hundred bucks each time. Today I went in ; and as usual I was asked for ID , which is fine. I am 45 years old. My husband was also with me, he’s almost 50 years old and didn’t have his wallet so he couldn’t show his ID. The girl behind the desk refused to serve him. So , he left and went to the car. I was then informed by the girl working there that she would not be able to sell me anything as my 50 year old husband didn’t have ID. I said I was just buying for myself and she refused to serve me and said if my husband could produce his ID then and only then could she sell me my vape pods. We live 15 minutes away. I wasn’t about to make the 30 minute round trip home to get my husband’s ID so that I could make a purchase. I completely understand that they have a policy. But I am 45 years old and obviously wasn’t buying for a minor. Normally the staff there is great, but this girl was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I’m super disappointed as this was my go to favorite vape shop. But after today; I unfortunately think that I’ll be looking for a new place to buy my vapes. So disappointed in the customer service I experienced at Simatech in Langford today.
