I hired Robin for my wedding flowers and was so happy with how they turned out! I was worried that I was coming into it super late having hired her only a couple of months before our big day but she arranged a consultation with me quickly and assured me she would be able to get it done. I really had no idea what I wanted beyond a colour and trusted Robin's expertise. I was so thrilled with what she put together for me! They bouquets were stunning, the perfect size and style, and Robin delivered them herself right on time. I 100% recommend Aurora Greenhouse to any local brides and plan to come here for any future flower needs!

UPDATE: After I reached out to her Robin kindly agreed to replace the bouquet with a new one. It is refreshing to deal with a business that actually cares about it's customers & reputation.I wisely called in instead of ordering online; there was very little to choose from for a same day delivery. The deluxe" bouquet we received was alright except that several days later some of the flowers still had not bloomed. Most of the flowers have started wilting in less than a week (despite change of water). Quite disappointed and will not be ordering from here again."

Ordered flowers for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. Requested carnations bouquet. I literally got 15 carnations and nothing else… no vase, nothing to make it look nice. Very disappointed. Now to find a second florist to make them into a bouquet so I can actually give them to her!

I can browse by occasion, by price, and see accurate photos of how the flowers will look if I am unfamiliar with the types. Such a great, clean, and informative website design.Once you've chosen your flowers, just know they will be delivered with care. I have been on the giving, and receiving end of Aurora Greenhouse's services and they are detailed and loving. The flowers will always be delivered timely, and will never be left out in the cold or on the porch.Finally, the flowers are STUNNING. Complete with a collective vase (certain price points) and a personalized message from the sender, the bouquets are gorgeous and sure to leave you or your chosen recipient breathless. Beautiful arrangement of flowers for Mother's Day! Aurora Greenhouse went above and beyond when my mom was not home on the day of delivery so they delivered on Sunday!

The flowers I ordered for my wife were beautiful and she loved them. The only negative is the unexpected cash grab of around $10 for using my credit card despite the fact that I order flowers from Aurora Greenhouse several times a year

I ordered a beautiful premium purple bouquet online for pick up and I received an email the next morning stating they would make the arrangement as close to the picture as possible. I gave them a call to arrange a pick up time and inquire about any changes that they would need to make to the arrangement and was told if there were any further changes made to the arrangement, I would be made aware of those changes. When I came to pick up the bouquet in the afternoon, I did not even recognize it. It looked NOTHING like the arrangement I ordered, none of the flowers were even the same colours as the bouquet I originally paid for. Additionally, it looked like a standard arrangement was made although I paid for a premium arrangement. The lady working stated although it does not look the same, the value of the arrangement is the same as what I paid for. I let her know this looks nothing like the arrangement I ordered and I was told that if there were any changes being made, I would be aware of them which I was not. She said their delivery truck did not arrive this morning and she could add on a few additional flowers. I was beyond disappointed and frustrated at this point as I paid $140 for a sad looking bouquet that was not what I wanted whatsoever. If they knew their truck was not arriving on time, they should have given me a call and let me know to pick up the arrangement at a later time to fulfill my order to the best of their ability. I was humiliated to give this arrangement to my friend, however, I already arranged the pick up time, travelled a long way to go pick them up and was not able to wait around for their truck to arrive to fix this mess. I would NOT recommend this place whatsoever, they did not even seem to care that the arrangement looked nothing like the original one I ordered. The lack of communication and empathy is unbelievable, coming from someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years, the least they could have done is given me a partial refund for the inconvenience on their end. It is not my fault their truck did not arrive on time, I paid a lot of money for a beautiful arrangement and received the complete opposite. I’m extremely disappointed and will NOT be returning or recommending this place to anyone. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

I really loved the floral arrangement that Aurora Greenhouse put together for me on behalf of a friend of mine who ordered it for me from the US. I was so impressed that I’ve used them to send flowers to another friend.
