This is the worst brokerage I’ve dealt with. The broker I dealt with was not transparent or clear when providing info. I felt like the broker wasn’t honest with me or clarified information that I was supposed to know. I understand some things are not in their control, however, the broker did a poor job of communicating with me. I spoke to a manager about it and decided to cancel my policy and move to another brokerage. I’m certain they won’t get back to me although I inquired about the cancellation fee for the policy. Oh well, I don’t recommend this brokerage.
