SURGE Activewear

Thanks to Surge Activewear (formerly Race Merchandise) for being our major provider of training and racing gear for our track club in Newmarket for many years. From singlets, to running jackets, to a variety of other cool items, including technical t-shirts, half-zips, running gloves, hats and hoodies, we are very happy with both the excellent quality overall and the creative styles their design team has come up with. Looking forward to our next order soon again.

I competed at the Athletics Ontario u18 provincial track event. I visited the surge activewear trailer and bought a quarter zip hoodie. Service was great and quality of clothing is amazing.

I purchased a Canada army jersey from Surge on 22 Oct where my credit card was deducted. So far I have received no product or even a notice of my order. You go on their website and there is no contact email or number.I contacted the Canada Army run organizers through a link on the Surge website and they just suggested I go back on the surge website contact page and try to connect with them!!!Am I missing something?Jk

My experience with Surge Activewear has always been exceptional. They are our go to for all our team gear needs. Whether it’s a standard item or a custom order, they work hard to make sure we receive top-notch quality and unflappable customer service. Really disappointed that my Navy Bike Ride jersey which was ordered and paid for 6 weeks ago has not arrived - no communication has been received from Surge.Follow up to earlier post, I have now received my jersey [early August] and wish to thank the guys at Surge for the excellent customer service and the awesome product. Please accept my apologies for the earlier disappointment and I thoroughly recommend them, just remember to contact them if anything goes missing.

My company has worked with Surge multiple times, the customer service is great. We continue to work with them, as their products are of top quality and they make doing business easy and fast! We have had no issues whatsoever over 2 years of doing business with them. And in the apparel printing business that is very rare.

We had a great experience working with Surge on ordering some custom-designed cycling jerseys. To help celebrate my 60th birthday, 5 members of my family (including me) went on a 6-day cycling trip from Toronto to Ottawa last summer. I ordered custom-designed cycling jerseys for our team through Surge. The timing was tight as I was late ordering but Surge pushed the order through to ensure that I received our team jerseys before our ride. The process included working with one of Surge's contract designers to come up with a design for the jersey. I had some initial ideas that I discussed with the designer - he then came up with some further suggestions building on my ideas. After a couple of draft mock-ups, we came up with an awesome design - a very positive collaborative process with a great result! As mentioned, the jerseys arrived on time, were of high quality and looked amazing! The team loved them and we wore them proudly on our cycling trip!A great overall experience with Surge, and I would highly recommend using them again for future custom-designed cycling jerseys.

I've had the pleasure of working with the Surge team on a variety of piece for my fitness studio, Kardia. The gear has been amazing quality. Some of the best singlets we've ever had. They are always quick to respond and creative in their ideas. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

I love Surge Activewear gear! I have several pieces that I’ve either bought directly through Surge, or received at various events / marathons over the years. The quality of fabrics, fit, style and colours are exceptional. I would recommend Surge to everyone.
