I have had some issues with my new tractor and the customer service I have received has been outstanding, Great people, great product, and easy to see why they have been in business in PA for so many years. Bought a new YTH22V46 Husqvarna then a 42 snow thrower with a electric winch.They got it all up and running great.They have parts for so many small engines it's amazing.Knowledgeable staff and Service dept that did a service call after purchase.Looking forward to buying more attachments.

After struggling with a mower that would not start properly, for a longer period of time than I should have. I took it in early in the spring , it was fixed in a very timely fashion it is running properly. Staff where very pleasant and helpful.

Had a pump that had a cracked part, frozen, our fault....Tried to find the replacement part for this 1 year old pump...Local dealers in Kingston offered to order with a 1-2 week wait for the part to come from BC....As I needed the pump to flood an outdoor rink while we were under lockdown for my son and his ice dance partner to practice, that wasn't going to work....Found Charles Repair when I googled the pump model number....Gave a call to Bonnie there, in Prince Albert, on Monday and here I am on Wednesday morning with part in hand....Of course, had to pay to expedite shipping, but still amazing during these days of Covid and all the drama that goes with it.....Couldn't recommend any higher, only wish I was in Prince Albert to use these folks for all my needs...Thanks again Bonnie....

I have been coming here for a number of years! I purchased all my yard equipment here and also got them serviced here. This year is disappointing the service done to equipment is very unsatisfactory! Might have to start taking my equipment elsewhere if the service keeps up the it's been going.

I went in to get a trimmer and although they were sold out they are getting me one for the sale price. Bonnie knew all about the trimmer and was a big help.There showroom is very well done and the work they do is the very best.Confident in this business because they really know what they are doing!!!

I was working on a small engine in the evening and was going to purchase parts at an online distributor as I was in no rush and thought this to be more convenient. Online store quoted price and delivery within a 2 week window. Before ordering I stopped at CR, they had the parts I needed in stock( head gaskets) and were less than 1/2 the cost of the online distributor. CR has always been my go to and this experience confirmed this again. Their service is always great, parts are fairly priced and they have very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them!

I always considered Charles Repair to be one of the better Lawn and Garden dealers until my Last visit.Drive wheels were starting to skip and wanted the battery replaced.Lawn mower sat there for a couple of weeks. And I get a call that it is not repairable and cheaper to buy a new one.So I bring it home and start to poke around at it.They had never opened the battery compartment. I don’t think they took the rear wheels off either because I had to use an impact gun to get the bolts out.Disassembling took me about 3/4 hour. Hunting down the parts maybe 15 minutes.1 battery $402 drive wheels $892 pinion gears $901 drive belt $25Total $244Reassembly about 3/4 hour.Not sure about their shop rate so I used $100/hour. Total $150.Total about $400.The worst part was that they never even had the courtesy to phone with an estimate.
