Great food if you ask for fresh chicken. Get what you ordered if you check before you leave with your takeout. The service is nice usually when the regulars are there working like Sonia - she is amazing! But there is one female manager" with no management skills and she is rude."

Unfortunately, the server was, extremely forgetful, timing for our meal was off. Extended our stay with minutes.I brought pleasant company, but atmosphere was, saturated with looking for our server.

Good food great service.My order took to long a pickup seemed okay to me .however the lady at the service desk wasn't happy it took too long again I never complained she gave me more products as compensation for the excessive time it took to get food. Good smart server hang on to her shes always evenings on desk nice lady.

This review is only for the new spicy chicken sandwich. I pre-ordered the meal in advance. First impression, I sandwich feels cold. Maybe because the slaw in is it. The chicken not juicey. Taste like from frozen or premade from a factory. Not worth it. Mary's big spicy still on top next Popeyes new chicken sandwich. That my 2 cents.

Server was great! Food was okay as well. Unfortunately, had to wait for 30 minutes before we got our food & a/c temperature wasn't well regulated; so it was cold in the restaurant.

I’m not sure if there’s a different person who does the prep or handles the preparation of the food on the weekdays and weekends but it is always inconsistent. I used to come in and order on the weekdays but now, I only come in and order on the weekends in the early afternoon because the quality of the food is always better. The young lady at the front is always extremely nice, ensures my food is fresh and I am always satisfied when she makes my order. Whoever handles the food preparation and is responsible for the quality of the food on the weekdays should definitely take notes from what the young lady does on the weekends.

Went to this location with the family for dinner. Food tasted good. My mom really enjoyed her chicken pot pie. Kids loved their ribs, pizza, brownie pop and dirt n worms. We all enjoyed the doughnuts. Our server Laura was very friendly and helpful.

Supervisor who was unwilling to give me her name was extremely rude and unprofessional. We visit many Swiss Chalets since we love their service and food but will never visit this location again.I asked for a half chicken dinner with white meat which the 10 other locations I’ve visited provided without issues yet this is the only location that doesn’t allow this modification even with an up charge? Ridiculous, the supervisor needs to be properly trained.

Food was magnificent. Especially the salad though, amazing. The waitress that served me and my family was so nice. She checked up on us if we needed anything. Overall, awesome experience!
