well well Courtney service Canada what can i say your actually a government agency i would like to visit more great staff and service thanks!

I can never get through and when I do finally get someone they email me a different number to call, and that number either doesn't work or they give me a new number to call

I came in with a client this week. Maxine helped us and was so gentle and kind with her. She was very informative and her patience was inspiring.

The ladies their were a great help in getting my EI straighten out. Really nice to deal with the people their.

Nice non-bissy government center. The security in front or the screener was pretty professional but it was the lady at the desk who helped me is who really impressed me. I forgot her name but she was very personable kind and even spent time around spider lake/Horne lake area where in from. She was very compassionate to my situation and looked like she really did care, this service center is very lucky to have a worker like her and I hope they treat her well!

The last few times we have had to use this service it was amazing, long wait but great service

Went in to get help/information on a short term EI claim that I had started.I have never done this before and I did it wrong and the lady at the desk was very mean. She held her head in her hands and said “LISTEN TO ME”. She wouldn’t let me explain what I had or what I had done and she obviously just didn’t want to talk to me anymore.Some patience and understanding would go along ways. I thought I already completed my application and had all the required documents and she could have said. You can only apply once you are off. You need documents you can only get while you are already off. Brown straight hair and glasses. If you need compassion DO NOT work with her.

Absolutely great customer service and although parking is tight its a very good service for residents of the Comox Valley

I've always found the Courtenay staff to be so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Yes,it gets busy but today, I was the only one there. Pick your time to go.I use this office because I've tried to call in numerous times to the helpline back east with no luck ever.... can't even get into the queue. Hopeless.... wrote to the minister twice to complain and offer suggestions, no response.
