I went in yesterday to upgrade my phone plan after my mum went in and got a really good deal. I ended up with an absolutely amazing deal with Koodo and cheaper than I had gone in planning. Karandeep who helped me was absolutely amazing and really helped me make the best decision for me. I was so thrilled with my experience that I have referred my friends and colleagues. I’m so glad we found this hidden gem to help me get a better plan and not spend an arm and a leg

One of the worst service I faced in life. I ordered one freedom SIM card from them. They said there will be no charges for it. But I got the activation charges in bill. I tried to get it off from my bill. It took 3 month and I have to go to store 8 times to get it. Karan and Vipul are the biggest liars I ever seen. After all this i ordered iPhone 14 pro and they again promise me to get it delivered to me on 14 October but it was not delivered and Vipul took off on that day. I ended up cancelling my order. If anyone from higher authorities see this message I need answer. Is this is the way you attend your customers?. Never again going to come to this store. And advice everyone else’s not to go this store. I tried to get area manager number or email, they didn’t even provided me that as well.

Fantastic experience dealing with them twice this year. Fast, Focused Friendly service. Vipul quickly understood my needs and proposed a solution and made the costs and benefits clear. This is the only place I would recommend.

My experience with The Mobile Shop was excellent. I spoke with 3 different employees, all equally knowledgeable and equally helpful. They were quick to figure out the best plans for my family (turned out to be different carriers), and coordinated the changes. It is almost impossible to speak with a live person when calling a carrier - I am very grateful for the in-person, patient assistance of this shop.

The staffs are always helping me and my husband whenever we have some inquiries or clarifications on our renewal or getting a new phone. We are satisfied with costumer service they have and will still continue transacting with them in the future
