We recently had our wedding at Brick Loft Event and it was the most perfect day. This venue is so beautiful you really don't need too much decor. The staff were all so friendly and wonderful and we never had any issues with any of the planning. Krystal and Karly have created a wonderful space for all kinds of events. Brianne- the event coordinator was so polite and really helped out with our planning. I had a lot of guests come up to me to say how beautiful the space is and how pleasant all the staff were. I would absolutely recommend this space for anyone searching for a wedding venue!

For the past two years, we have used the amazing space at Brick Loft for our Women of Distinction Nominee Reception. Crystal and Karly have been incredible to work with and have elevated our event in their space. Thank you for everything!

I worked for Karly for several wedding seasons, including a few in the new space at Brick Loft Event Co. She was respectful to her employees and the vendors. If any problems did arise (which was rare), she remained calm and handled it in a professional manor. The events I helped with were always meticulously decorated and incredibly organized. Awesome event venue in downtown Saskatoon! My husband and I hired Karly and Crystal as our wedding coordinators for our wedding in May at the recommendation of our venue. These girls rock!!! We were absolutely blown away at the services they provided from the very beginning of planning to the day of the wedding. Karly and Crystal were so friendly, professional, prompt in communication, organized, punctual and the definition of calm, cool and collected throughout the planning process. They went above and beyond with providing vendor suggestions, scheduling the timeline, decorating the venue beautifully, and coordinating guests and family members on the wedding day. This space is amazing. It is effortless beauty. And Karly and Crystal are the dream team of event planning. They have hosted a couple of smaller events for me, of which both were a fairly last minute request. We can't say enough positive things about Crystal and Karly! Utilizing their wedding coordination services took all the stress out of our big day. From constant communication leading up to our wedding, to pulling together our day of schedule and making sure our venue looked fabulous, we were able to relax and have a great time with our guests. We hired Karly as our wedding planner and it was the best decision we ever made! She and her team are true professionals while also being so lovely to work with, everyone is so kind and fun. She took over all the planning and details 6 weeks before the wedding and the day of and it was honestly what made our day so magical! Having her expertise to guide us in the final weeks leading up to the wedding and having her there to deal with everything the day of, from vendors to guests to any little or big hiccup that could and most likely did occur was amazing! To all the brides out there: hire a wedding planner, more specifically this team! It was so wonderful to just enjoy my day and not worry about anything, a huge stress relief! Definitely ask for recommendations for vendors too! She has a vast wealth of knowledge when it comes to that area and I wish we had as we did end up having some trouble with one of our vendors day of but Karly handled that like a pro for us and it ended up not affecting our day! My Fiance and I didn't end up booking our venue with Brick Loft, but if we had, their team would've made our day incredibly special. The team was extremely responsive, they answered all of our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, and they were very quick to book us an appointment to view the venue. Speaking of, their venue is beautiful and has rich character everywhere you look. I would go so far to say that this venue is one of the top 3 most beautiful in the city.
