Foodbwas fantastic and waitresses were amazing. Nice place tucked away just outside of town. Would have never known it was there if it had not been for a flyer in my mailbox. From Smooth Rock Falls. It was well worth the drive!!

I have only ever ordered twice once in Sault Ste Marie and Kapuskasing as I travel for work. I specifically asked when I placed the order and when I picked it up if there was utensils I was assured absolutely ma'am, well I did not receive any, it may not seem like a big issue, however have you every eaten your ceasar salad and steak and lobster with your hands, it is not fun..I was not going to go back as it was a 10 minute drive one way, please do better with your take outs, or do you just not give utensils.

Beautiful decor, lots of TVs showing sporting events. The waitress was good and had a quick witt.I had tje surf and turf, the lobster was very salty but the steak was good and cooked exactly as requested. The waitress was very attentive and asked if we wanted refills on our drinks.

Chucks is the best! My family and I love this restaurant, and now that it has reopened in Kapuskasing we will be extremely regular customers. Great food, great service and the prices are excellent! 10 out of 5 stars for sure! Highly recommend!

Had a disappointing lunch today at Chuck’s. Very slow service, waited super long for nachos and a burger, and waited even longer to finally get our bill. Definitely do not order the nachos as you will not be satisfied or get your moneys worth. Ordered the nachos which were $15.99 for them to come out burnt, lacking toppings and overall overpriced for a bunch of Tostito chips. Spoke with the server about this who then brought over the owner, he then proceeded to list the ingredients including the ounce used per ingredient and was quite rude throughout the entire interaction. He refused to acknowledge the food being burnt and that it was lacking toppings. He didn’t offer to make new ones or make things better in any way - that was until we mentioned leaving a review about our experience at which time he then offered 50% off the nachos only - not the entire bill.

Our server Samantha was great.Beer was cold, food was hot and cooked just right. Nice set up with the patio. Lots of tables available outside.Would have liked to see some local beers.

Solid fast food bar experience. Price of the 30oz Heineken was fantastic. Had the smokehouse burger which was very good. Messy enough to need a fork to finish (not complaining). Docked a star because I didn’t get utensils or a napkin and no one checked in on me until I was done eating. Ended up putting the star back. $25 all in. Cheap.

SMALL PORTIONS. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. But the small portions are disappointing. The burgers are tiny, and you only get a handful of fries. We've recently been twice and it was the same both times. Our family wasn't full when we left.
