L'INTERVALLE Square One Shopping Centre

I was shopping with my girlfriend for our anniversary on black Friday weekend. The collection was interesting. There was two very helpful associates who helped us. Marium and Vanessa helped us find even more than we were originally look for!!Great customer service!! We will definitely be back!!

I couldn’t imagine myself writing this. I love L’INTERVALLE and have been shopping there for myself, my family and friends for the past three years. This review is intended to make sure others don’t go through what I had experienced. This could be an isolated event since it happened in the Square One branch so I’m only giving the brand another chance if they correct the issue and train their staff to not ever accuse a customer like myself with breaking a shoe after trying it on and within a minute deciding to buy that pair but when I went to pay (and without me noticing anything because that’s how much I trust the brand) they tell me “oh this is broken and the company policy says since you broke it you have to buy a new pair and it’s final sale and you can’t return it”. After what sounded like an aggressive verbal attack I walked away feeling very upset. I was there to buy FOUR PAIRS but after what happened I am never going back to this branch.

I’ve had my eye on L’intervalle for a while and decided to go in store for the sale they had going on a couple days ago and I came out with 3 shoes because of how cute the heels were!!! I want to give a HUGE shout out to Vanessa for helping me out and understanding my style! I’m so happy with my purchase and will definitely visit the store more often! Thank you so much Vanessa <3

Horrible quality. Save your money and shop at any other fast fashion retailer. It will be the same outcome and at half the price.

The associates at the store were quick to greet me and tell me about the deals they had going on. Had a pleasant buying experience from them - they offered to bring out some insoles for me to try as I have smaller feet, and they were perfect!

the girls who work in the store have ZERO customer service skills - I would give them a minus star if possible - better to go to the Sherway Garden branch!

The girl who helped me was just amazing. She was so pateint with me while i was trying making my choice and buy the best i wanted. Her attempts were valuable.

Worst retail experience ever!!. I went into this store to inquire if my online order was confirmed since I hadn’t received any email. Sara was very helpful and kind, however her colleague Mariam was NOT. Mariam was extremely rude and spoke to me in the most condescending tone and even went as far as calling me “hun”. After expressing how I didn’t like being called that, she laughed. At first, she attempted to dismiss me to go to sherway gardens, I expressed how I wasn’t going to drive to that mall for them to tell me the same thing. She ended up calling someone and said I was going to receive a phone call about my order. Since I have already waited a month to get the shoes in the first place, and another two weeks waiting for a confirmation- I asked for a timeline, as anyone would. She brushed me off and said I don’t know. I expressed how upset I was and she repeated that she couldn’t tell me when (she clearly didn’t care). Obviously frustrated, I left the store and as I was leaving Mariam turned to her colleague and said out loud “that girl needs serious help”. I have never in my life had such a horrible retail experience like the one I had there. Mariam was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and clearly shouldn’t be working in customer service. Not only did I hear her speak about me that way, but so did her colleagues and the other customers in the store.I have made several attempts to get a refund on my purchase and I will not be purchasing anything more from this company. I’m appalled at this kind of service.

I was intrigued by this store because they had some interesting and unique items. After looking around for awhile, I asked if I could get a shoe in a 7. The sales person said that I was holding a 7 and could try that one on. I continued to try on a few shoes off the shelf. At no time was there any further communication from either person working there. Upon leaving I told them about how displeased I was at the utter lack of service. An apology was given. I still left disappointed with my experience. Every other shoe store I went into after that welcomed me right away. I did end up buying a wonderful pair of shoes elsewhere.
