Had SUCH an awesome experience - had to share. On our first big storm this winter, the key to our snowblower somehow popped out and disappeared ...after looking for an hour and realizing it was no where to be found, we called Blue Water Marine.The man who I spoke to was so friendly and knowledgeable and when I explained the situation to him...not only did they have a replacement key - there was a team member out doing deliveries who had a few with him just in case. Within an hour, they dropped off the key and we were set! We didn’t even have to drive out in the nasty weather.Thank you SO much for your awesome customer service, Blue Water Marine!

Awesome customer service. Called to buy some Gflex epoxy after they had closed. Still picked up the phone and helped figure out a way so I could still get it.

Decent selection of power boat parts but doesn't have a very big selection for sail boats. Can order stuff in if they don't have it. Staff has always been helpful when shopping there.

Delivered my cub cadet 2x 30 efi 12 hrs before snowmageddon.Thing performed flawlessly and handled that snowfall no problem The wet stuff in the end of the driveway a couple days ago , it looked like it was coming out a fire hose. Great machine ,great service and friendly bunch!

I have become somewhat of a regular customer since 2007, since then I have bought two small boats, a couple small motors, a 115hp and just last week a 150hp. I purchased a new boat from another dealer only because Blue Water didn't sell this model, I bought it bare and brought it here. I'm sure I lost a volume discount (but I am still quite satisfied with the price) by buying a boat and motor at two different places, but I have peace of mind knowing where the motor was installed, I know when it needs service I'll be looked after as I have always been. I generally put 60-70 hours on my boat a year, I wouldn't have anyone else on the island put motors on my boats or service them. Sales, service and parts departments are all great to deal with, they are open, honest, knowledgeable, and they work hard for you! Over the years they have went above and beyond many times for me, I believe they will for anyone...great job guys!...as always its a pleasure to do business

First boat buying experience ruined. Purchased a whaly 500r professional. Service Manager promised a speedy pickup time. Kept putting me off and making more broken promises. 3 months later finally went to pickup. Drove 4 hours and boat still wasn't ready even though I was told to pickup. They had to install a centre console and 60hp motor as part of the package deal. As well as all associated gauges and wiring. Got the boat home and took for a test run. They had the forward and reverse mixed up and some features for the guage weren't even hooked up. The steering had all sorts of play in it. Plastic shavings everywhere inside the console, and the wiring was a tangled mess. I was absolutely floored. Supposed to be a professional marine shop and they put out service and products like this. I would highly recommend going some place else for all your boating needs. Below you will find a pretty standard response to this review from the company trying to save face. Way to little way to late!
