Adam came over to give me a quote on removing 5 boulders. They were all in the ground covered in tree roots. He stayed and got all 5 boulders out of the ground in 2 hours for a great price. I couldn't believe he stayed and did all that. He was friendly and very determined to help me. So thankful to Adam. Great work ethic. I would recommend Quality to anyone.

We used Quality Care Property Maintenance for garage cleaning. We have 3 very large garages in our condominium complex. They were on time, courteous and did an excellent job. The floors were so clean you could eat off them! They also cleaned and wiped off surfaces such as garage traffic mirrors, fire extinguishers and traffic lights. Our residents are very pleased with the job as well. We have been using this company for many years.

Only reason I am giving one star is because less is not an option. Our condominium corporation retained this company for a snow removal contract and they have been abysmal. Never had issues in seven years with other snow removal contractors but now they habitually put piles of snow on our driveway making it nearly impassible and not allowing easy access to and from. Even after the smallest snow falls, we end up with a pile at least a foot deep on our driveway. To call them a snow removal contractor would be inappropriate at best and the fact that 'quality' is in their name is laughable.Should have known from looking at their half completed website that this is a company that does not believe in quality and should be avoided at all costs.

Quality Care Peterborough performed sweeping services for us (Leta Brownscombe Co-operative Homes) in July of 2022. Leta Brownscombe is a multi-unit housing complex that consists of 80 units, both apartments and townhomes. There are 3 large parking lots, as well as a roadway and large cobblestone area that leads up to the parking lot.Leta Brownscombe has been having sweeping done for several years, and Quality Care far exceeds its competition!Quality Care provided us with a quotation within a very tight timeline and were able to schedule us within a very reasonably time, after the quotation was approved. Their price was very reasonable and we found them very professional to deal with. They were very flexible and accommodating while we were working on getting vehicles removed from the parking lots and they worked well after 5pm to ensure the job was completed.While Quality Care was on site, they noticed a area of fencing that had been damaged in the storm in May and offered to provide a quotation to install new posts, and re-install the fence panels, as well as discussed the other services they offer.We will 100% use Quality Care in the future, not only for sweeping, but for a variety of other large scale jobs needed in the future.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
