Since last February, have been living with my spouse in one of the apartment buildings located in Britannia. Everything that is written about Joe Alaouie is 100% true and accurate. Joe can be easily reached on his cellphone, and even though many times he is extremely busy, he will call back and try to address potential problems that may occur in our building unit in a timely fashion. I have to admit that in the beginning I misunderstood his attitude. It turned out he was really busy at that time and I admit that due to the many negative comments I had read online about CLV on various websites, I was prejudiced towards the company and hence, towards Joe. However, after taking prompt action, I realized we are very lucky Joe is our building manager and that my initial conclusion was very wrong.Joe, thank you so much for fixing our washing machine and the windows!Aimilios

Living at our apartment has been a splendid experience, thanks to Joe Alaouie. He's been so helpful, resourceful and dependable. We feel at home and are enjoying our stay so far. It's nice to feel welcomed at an apartment, especially when you're new to the neighbourhood. Joe is a good person and CLV Group is lucky to have him on their team.

Joe has made living here so easy, anytime there is a problem he has the solution. Today he helped me get heat back in my apartment and a couple months ago he fixed my oven so I wouldn't have to wait for one on backorder! Every company needs a Joe!

He's very responsive to our queries and goes the extra mile to ensure any problem in the apartment is solved in a timely manner.
