Had a great experience with the owner of this company and the guy was 100% professional. He came in himself to help install a filtration system for my unit and did it in no time, with no mess, and had an answer to every question I had about it. Would definitely recommend this company!

We had recently purchased a house that had this system already installed so when we had an issue we noticed the sticker for the company we called to book an apt. They were Very quick to address my concerns and amazing customer service. Kevin was our technician who was safe, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Kevin went above and beyond explaining how the water softener system worked. An asset to any company I must add. Great job, will be using them again :) happy does it

We moved into our current home almost 5 years ago and there was an Eco Water softener and Reverse Osmosis system that had been installed by the previous owner. Last week we found the water softener was leaking quite a lot, directly into our sewer drain / the unit was not functioning and the water kept flowing into the unit. I called Eco Water GTA and the owner of the franchise Tony called me back within a half hour. He told me how to set the bypass to stop the water flow and sent me a photo of what to do to activate the bypass. Success!I made an appointment for one of his technicians to come and assess and fix the problem. One hour earlier than the time-window given, the tech arrived and got to work today. After almost two hours and a ton of physical service work, the unit is as good as new. The young mans name was Kevin and by far, he was the BEST service rep we have ever had in our home! His professional, courteous, respectful manner was really refreshing, as he explained everything he was doing and why. He kept apologizing for any mess (which was minimal) he was making and finished the job by replacing the filters in our RO unit.I would highly recommend Eco Water GTA / Tony and Kevin to anyone interested in installing or replacing or updating their in-home water treatment system.
