Ajax Nissan

Avoid dealing with Nicole at this dealership! We made a major mistake giving Ajax Nissan our new business. Long story short, Nicole did not deliver on her promise. Our monhtly price went up. We were not given a reason until we personally made further attempts to inquire the reason of the increase. There is no customer support and the supervisor Adam is just as condescending as Nicole. Adam mentioned he will give me free oil change for the mishap by Nicole. I was already promised 5 free so they did not resolve anything. We wanted to ensure our monthly payment comes out mid month or closer to the end and were told we can change that after the fact with Nissan Finance. We called Nissan Finance and they said its not possible to change the withdrawal date as we will have to wait two further billing cycles. We were in the market to add two vehicles and further refer our family and friends, but after how we were treated poorly by Nicole and Adam we are looking to get out of this Nissan . End result I am paying more monthly without a resolution from Nissan. Avoid this dealership. Better off going to Whitby or Markham.

I highly recommend Nissan Ajax for the purchase of a new or used vehicle. I purchased a used car here recently and have been extremely impressed with the level of integrity and service. I would like to give a special shout out to Annie of Nissan Ajax sales who represented me for the purchase. She was honest, upfront and super friendly as well as quick to respond to any questions I had. I am also impressed so far with the service team. I’ll come back in the future and update.

I have had 5 cars with this dealership. They are always kind and respectful. My rep Angela and finance rep Shannon were exceptional! Angela picked up my tires and dropped of my snow tires for the exchange, which really made it easy and less stressful. This was really going the extra mile! She also had a bow on my car in the parking lot when I arrived. A great extra touch! It made me smile! Thank you for a great experience once again!

Last week my girl friend and I decided to look at particularly high end SUV at Ajax Nissan. We of course were greeted well upon arrival by staff and proceeded to take the vehicle of choice out for a test drive.After returning and speaking with the sales agent Moe, we had a few questions on how we can move forward with the purchase.Our questions were based on finance options vs buy out. When we decided on finance due to a few perks we were offered we had one final question based on current circumstances with our present vehicle. We were told that this is not a problem and if we came back and informed Ajax Nissan that the issue we raised on current vehicle status was unavoidable we of course could exercise our option of backing out of the deal no questions asked.Suddenly our phone calls and emails went unanswered. This was highly disturbing of course, leading to a ton of frustrating back and forth. Ultimately this dealership did not honor their verbal agreement with us and with pure gall said too bad you signed a contract".Therefore my suggestion to any reader is to avoid this unscrupulous and extremely deceptive dealership!"

I have been coming here regularly since 2020 for SERVICE and always have great experience. Below are key things worth mentioning..- Very professional front desk people, they tale good care of you and the car starting from receiving at the service bay till parking serviced car in the attached parking lot.- They generally don’t suggest unnecessary expensive services and always keeps cost of services and status transparent via SMS and online tracker.- Complimentary car wash and a comfortable waiting area with complementary coffee are just cherries on cake.Planning to return to this place in future as well.

I went in looking for a used van they had advertised. I went in, found Adam who after explaining why i was there, went and got a salesperson. Out come Annie not with one but 2 different keys for Grand Caravans they had sitting on the lot. After dispatching the van i came to see, i looked over the other van, and asked about price. After some numbers going back n forth across the desk, we came to an agreement and i bought my new to me vehicle. Annie made it painless for me. I highly recommend Annie.

She even was helpful to do head to head comparison of different cars and trying her best to accommodate my needs. She kept in touch and followed up with me afterwards.
