Flight Claim

When getting off my flight from Toronto to Munich to a connecting flight to Florence, I was informed the flight was cancelled. The next flight was scheduled over 4 hours later so had to sit at Munich airport all that time. They gave me a 7 euro voucher. I decided to file a claim with Flightclaim. After submitting docusign and many back and forth emails some in German possibly from the airline Air Dolmiti, I was pleasantly surprised that after more than a year I received a cheque. Honestly, even with their 25% deduction I was so pleased and received a fair amount of money.Neil D

Nous avons obtenu une réponse rapidement lorsque nous en avons fait la demande à la base. Notre retard entrait dans la catégorie des vols à se faire rembourser, donc ils étaient très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions.Une fois le dossier signé et la prise en charge, il a été un peu fastidieux de payer les honoraires de 25% du montant. Il aura fallu faire 3 fois les transferts bancaires (de 3 billets) avant de réussir à utiliser un mot de passe qui fonctionnait. Nous sommes revenus de voyage en mars. Nous sommes en juillet et le dossier traine toujours. Donc, oui vous aurez un support pour vous aider à vous faire rembourser, mais attendez-vous à avoir un bon délais pour finaliser le dossier.

Watch out when you sign the contract. Even if you manage to get compensated by the airline on your own, Flight Claim will charge you their 25% commission for doing absolutely nothing. Would recommend going on your own to obtain flight delay compensation instead of using these crooks.
