Horrible customer service regarding the refund policy. Manager has an attitude when asked about why there are No-Refund signs or why Cashier do not mention the no-fund policy. Overall, I have never experience such rude staffs including the Manager.

Cannot call and ask for products in stock.No one anywhere in store to help find anything. Sign on door says everything 50% off, but when you go to pay, we're sorry that sale doesn't start until tomorrow. Really why would i need a Halloween costume on Nov 1. Don't be fooled by they're website. Prices are in USD not Canadian. I wouldn't waste my money in this store!

My daughter and i love this store always friendly happy to help even last year when we asked them for a leather corset and leather tops for her prom outfit she was making they were very happy to help sadly no prom but she had amazing photos and had her outfit she planned for prom which was a black leather skirt and black leather top she isnt one for ball gowns or anything so she made it her best place to shop at regardless of why you are shopping there

Came here after getting horrible service across the road at party city. What a difference, I was quickly helped and found my son his Harry Poter Costume quickly. Employees were pleasant and very friendly and knowledgeable of the store. Definitely recommend anyone looking for anything Halloween.

Wow no Rocky horror picture show costumes when they do a showing every year in windsor and encourage ppl to dress up. The so called best place to buy a costume doesn't even have any.come on guys.

Great store, even when overly busy the staff comes by to assist or to get excited with your kids over what they are looking at. Obviously a tough tiring job but the employees don't shuffle around like they are dead on their feet (unless they are dressed like a zombie) like a big box store.

Family road trip out of town. Windsor's location was terrible! First time, thought I would try instead of London location. They did not have anything. Great big animatronics set-ups with no stock of anything to actually purchase! Enquired if big stuff kept in back? They said you can buy the store displays"! I decided to pick up another fire & ice light for outside lighting I already own but this one's box was partially damaged. So I took it to the counter to purchase but wanted to test it out first so I asked if a plug was available to try it to make sure it was still working. Manager said no sir you can't do that but we have a good return policy. I said "I live an hour away
