Out of 5 stars, I wish I could them 6 or more! Awesome service and staff. Probably best bike service I've ever experienced. Very honest, professional and knowledgeable. The bike technician took the time to walk me through every element of the work done, future work needed, and other recommendations. They really went beyond my expectations. Bonus points for giving tips on local mountain biking trails!Thank you!Augusto

The most experienced shop on the island may be in the lower main land. Laz, Paul, and Georgia have been there and done that. Fast and efficient repairs. Friendly and knowledgeable. Invaluable to the riding community!

Extremely friendly attitude with great service quality, very quick too.Paul answered my phone call regarding grip, due to English as my second language, he kept saying brake and I kept correcting him, it turned out to be really funny conversation thanks to his patience.Lazarus replaced my grip at a super quick speed, and he was very kind and patient to explain what he was doing while doing a safety check.I am very grateful for the pleasant experience and they earned their 5 stars with action.

Amazing and generous service! Highly recommend. Top brands, great pricing and terrific staff!I had brought an older bike in for assessment and was given an honest answer, no sales-y pressure to replace and a fair quote and time to complete it... and exceeded expectations again! So much so compelled to add online review. --they took a decade+-old MTB bike and got it riding like new again (without needing to take out a loan for payment). Thanks Paul! Always affirming why this is the best place to go.

Best bike repair, service in the Oceanside area hands down! My wife commutes on a Rad bike from Parksville to Qualicum daily and the guys at Big Grin keep her bike in top condition. I can't say enough about these guys, always honest, fair and fast.

The best, and most affordable, bike service ever I’ve received. The friendly folks working there were so knowledgeable and put so much care into my bike tune up. The bike was ready next day and when I went to go pick it up, they walked me through everything that they had done. Despite the hours and hours of work they put into my bike (I had some unique issues), they only charged me a little more than their “Gold” tune up price. Thanks again :-))
