Premier HVAC

We have had two companies out to look at our AC before Premier. One of them you’d think you could ‘rely’ on. Both tried to sell us a new AC unit (last season). Before we invested in a new system for this summer, we called Premier to get an independent check. Turns out we don’t need a new system, there’s nothing wrong with the one we have. Sometimes it feels like it’s difficult to find a tradesman you can trust. We will only use Premier from now on. Mike & Kyle are honest, trustworthy and their work is immaculate. Highly recommended.

My family decided to upgrade our 50 year old hot water boiler and move to a more modern HVAC system. Mike offered a competitive price and provided us with government incentives to help with cost. Mike’s communication skills are excellent. Premier HVAC clean up after themselves and treated our home as if it were theirs. The level of craftsmanship was particularly impressive. Mike was working at a house across the street and noticed that I needed help. He stopped what he was doing and lended a hand (without being asked). This is something that sets him apart from his competition; he truly cares about people. When our hot water tank began to show signs of wear, Mike offered to look into the warranty and was able to replace it for free. If you want a top notch service, honest communication and someone you can trust - you can’t go wrong with Premier HVAC. I highly recommend Mike and his team. They have my business for life!

These guys are great! We’ve used them a few times as we have a rental unit with two apartments and just completed a major addition on our own home. All the work they’ve done for us, from new install to yearly maintenance to last minute emergency stuff, has been great! They are easy to talk to, great to deal with, do great work and are competitive. Definitely recommend!

We needed a new furnace and a family member suggested Mike. He made the time to stop by the same day to assess the situation. Mike and his crew ended up installing a top of the line furnace in a professional and timely manner at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Of course my furnace fan has to die while I am on vacation in Colombia and my kid is the only one home and its the coldest day of the year. Once it was determined the fan motor as shot, Premier HVAC told me they can replace the motor but the furnace is still 14 years old and gave me a good price on replacement. I opted to replace and they were there the next day. Installation was great. Kyle is both professional and cleaned up well I was totally satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Great job Premier and thanks.

Very satisfied with Kyle who came out to give our furnace a check up. He was thorough and efficient. Answered all of our questions and is truly a guy you can trust. He’ll be the first that I call if I have any hvac issues in the future. Honest and reliable, 2 thumbs up!
