We had a ring that was made there several years ago. It was stamped 18 K we were just dealing with another jeweller to remake the ring into something new and when it was tested it was only 10 K. Very disappointing!

Delivered earrings with the stones sitting tilted in the baskets and the posts bent awkwardly. Only agreed to fix one piece. When it was returned he sent his assistant out to deliver it while staying out of sight in his office. Upon inspection we found that now the stone was moving around in its setting. He refuses to fix the problems or provide a refund. Horrible work.
