Mementos Signs Awards & Promotions

I recently had the requirement to have some custom engraving done, and after contacting three other Engravers who could not accomplish the work, I was recommended to try Mementos here in Ottawa. The work was for a museum, and the bar was set unrealistically high. I meet with Dave White, who was able to quickly create the copy, send me the drafts and then complete the engraving. The results more than exceeded expectations. His attention to detail is reflected in the outstanding finished product. I recommend you try Dave and his great staff for any work, big or small. Professional, friendly and very competitive, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful service and quality product. I needed an engraved plaque for a memorial picture. “Things engraved “ was $1 per letter, and Michael’s would only let me have 3 lines of text max 21 letters per line. Mementos was able to give me multiple fonts/sizes and as many lines and letters as I needed for an amazing price. I would highly recommend for any engraving needs. My husband uses them for his LIttle league trophies!

I brought in a piece to be engraved, it was last minute before a long weekend. They were prompt, efficient and very reasonably priced. Five star rating for sure, awesome customer service. They were even staying late to make sure everyone got their pieces completed and picked up. Can't expect anything more from a company, no wonder they have been in business so long.

I had a small engraving requirement during the Pandemic and now that Mementos is now open I was able to get the job done. Fabulous work and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Dave and his team for any job big or small. As always, way to go Dave and Sue!

Had a good friend dying of cancer. We wanted to present him with a sports volunteer award before he passed. I went to the shop on Carp Road late in the afternoon. I received a call the next morning from Sue advising that the job was done. The award was pleasing to the eye and at a very reasonable price. I want to thank Sue for her empathy and for prioritizing our request. Our friend has since passed away but we were able to present him with the award which clearly meant a lot to him. The hospital staff spent hours prepping our friend so he would be lucid for the award presentation. Forever grateful to Sue and Mementos.

I recently used Mementos in Carp to help us with prototyping some packaging designs using their laser cutter. It was not something that they regularly do but they happily took on the work. They did a great job and it was a quick turn around even though they were pretty busy. It's great to have a local company in the west end of Ottawa that can help you with laser cutting. There are so many good applications to laser cutting that can help you in either prototyping or short production runs . Great customer service and quality.

After purchasing a watch for a special birthday for my son I wanted to get it engraved, when trying to do so the fact that the watch back was glass presented a problem for most company's I spoke with, Momentos stepped up to the plate and did an incredible job in a very short time frame making a special gift even more memorable and precious. I can't say enough about the workmanship and customer service they provided, from the draft proofs provided to the finished product, they exceeded my expectations in every way, thanks very much once again.

KCS is a Ottawa bases panel MFG. We Issues a contract to Another company to produce the front graphic images. This other company was a nightmare, there work was terrible and they were unable to deliver there work on time. There equipment was breaking all the time. It was so bad we had to take it out of there hands and cancel the contract. We showed up at Mementos Signs Awards & Promotions Stitsville with our problem and our 24 hr time line . Dave and the crew understood the situation we were in and they worked very hard around the clock to meet our time line. There work and quality and knowledge was top notch. Remember you get what you pay for" in this case we got A1 product and service from Dave and the crew
