Sportscheck stores are Canadian tire subsidiary, so is Mark's work warehouse.They are bigger and wide selection of stuff and that's why there products are higher in prices ans expensive, as they have monoply and not much competition.Everything was on above normal prices, but good selection.Good location as its in Boardwalk mall.

Called ahead about a bike that we wanted. Said it’s available. Got here and said it’s actually not saleable same day as there was only 20mins left and they can’t get a bike pre-sale check ready in time. We call way ahead to say we will 100% get it. And they even said we can get it same day. Drove an hour for nothing. At least tell us in the call that you could not do it before we drove here!

Showed up at 10 in the morning and found an absolute disaster of the public washrooms. No toilet paper in any stalls and no paper towel by the sinks. A heapping full garbage can so it hasnt been changed since before last night. How do stores think this is ok after covid and comming into flu season. I get alot of stores are short staffed but cleanliness should be a priority.

Gave a bike for tune-up and bottle holder went missing at the time of pickup. Service guys just ignored my concern and asked to sign off the liability form. I will never return to this shop for anything.

I was shopping for a watch and Madision helped me as soon as I walked in the door she even went above and beyond to ask for different stock in the back stock room, Dave arrived with the watch I was looking for and I asked if they price matched and he said yes. I googled the model and it was on sale with a competitor which they matched easily. I was very happy with the service I received at this location highly qualified staff there, that know there product and care about the customers wants. I highly recommend this Store Great friendly knowledgeable staff. The managers should be proud of there team and themselves.

Always good place for shoes. Bought some for my son today, young ladies working were very helpful.One thing I wish is that they had more variety of teams merchandise. More NFL hats, touques etc. Like the way National Sports was when it was around.

Terrible service. Called in advance to purchase a bike. Was told they would have it ready. Drove an hour to be told they can’t sell me the bike without doing a tune up and that they didn’t have to do that.

Worst service center for the skate sharpening in the world.Went to this place to sharpen my son’s skate before the tournament, then the guy destroyed one of the skate’s edge, terrible experience. It happened three times during 5 months.The last time I went there for skate sharpening was in September. After couple of minutes waiting at the service center, no one showed up. I had to go to the customer service to get someone to help. The guy with black shirt came with zero patience and he only spent 2 mins to sharpen the skates. No surprise the skate was not sharpened well.Sport chek, please respect your clients
