The staff are so friendly and helpful! One of my favourite place to come. Such a safe and comfortable environment. Doesn’t feel like your at a adult store but instead a boutique. Super classy and cute!

Crow Helped us in such a professional and knowledgeable way , they had a very good understanding of products and guided us through each product we had questions about . as An LBTQS + person i felt safe and understood i would HIGHLY reccomend this store and team member ber to anyone in our community . I have never felt more understood and listened to. I can say i genieunly enjoyed my shopping experiance . THANK YOU SO MUCH CROW.

Excellent experience! The sales person was absolutely a gem, very friendly and knowledgeable.The place is well organized, the products are placed neatly and in a great way to shop.It's very bright and looks very high end, so you feel amazing while shopping there and not like the other adult shops (very dark and not inviting).Have a great amount of toy, accessories and outfits.Will definitely come back!

I recently purchased a vibrator at the Hush store on 16th Avenue NW in Calgary. Amanda was my sales person. She was very knowledgeable and super upbeat. When I tried to charge it, it wouldn't take the charge. I phoned Amanda the following morning, she said, bring it in and they would look at it. Upon arrival she informed me that the manufacturer was sending a new one. Excellent. She then gave me a new toy, for my girlfriend to use, while we waited for the replacement to arrive. And, we got to keep the defective one, which will now become a manual toy. This is outstanding customer service you just don't find anymore. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for an adult toy store. Way to go Amanda.

Amazing place, clean, super well laid out and had everything.Kai was amazing, was able to answer all our questions and made awesome suggestions. Would highly recommend stopping in.I will be taking my purchases from online to off-line with Hush.

I was searching for the best adult store in the city according to reviews and found this gem. Amanda the owner is freaking awesome!! Her energy is up beat, she made us feel comfortable, gave helpful suggestions and is just so fun. The store itself is beautiful and bright. Definitely more of a higher end, boutique feel which I loved compared some other stores that can feel dark and basement like. Also, love the happy beats music! We will be back for sure :)
