I tried to sell wild" bill my collection. It includes several mid nineties rookies. He took about 3 minutes to look through my the several thousand cards and offered me....$20I expected a professional experience. All I got was bill attempting to rip me off."

The younger guy is ok to deal with but the older guy is miserable and a turn off to the business.Old guy refused to sell me a box of cards that were sitting on the display shelf with a price on them. Refused to give me a reason why my money was no good, or why he was too lazy to move the pack if he was saving it for someone else.My first trip to the store I spent over 500, and my second trip was around 200. Neither time did I ever receive a thank you for my business, which when you're a local store touting the shop local" initiative is a bad look without the appreciation to match it. Ive since found a new shop locally and have been happily spending my money there instead."

I have been to many card shops in Ontario and BC and this is by far the best one. The owner is incredibly fair on trade in value (best I have ever seen) and is incredibly fair on pricing all of his cards.The selection of Magic, Pokemon, Basketball, Football, Hockey and Baseball cards is next to none. Feels like you're walking into a convention for cards. If you're in the area check this place out!

While the store offers a good selection of product, the staff could use some lessons in customer service.I wouldn't bother bringing anything in to see if they want to purchase it from you. Wild Bill" will take all but 30 seconds to flip through a couple cards and tell you it's not worth anything.If you want to support a local business who is professional and shows appreciation towards their clientele

This store has an amazing variety of trading cards of all sorts. There are many different types of trading cards that are offered here. This place also hosts many events for people to compare their skills in Magic the Gathering and Yu-Gi-Oh. The staff are very friendly and always responsive. I love this place

Went to this place three or four times now to buy something for my husband who is an extreme leafs fan. Customer service is terrible, there’s always the same three or four people standing around chatting ,When you walk in they don’t greet you, or stop talking to ask you what you need. Blunt to the point, Not friendly.I always give small business couple chances, So I tried it again to find out if they deal with stamps. Again five sentences and he was done talking to me.The problem is I have a very old book of hockey cards that were left in one of my rentals. I don’t know where else to go locally, and I don’t wanna give him the business. Terrible business terrible customer service sure doesn’t make you feel very good when you walk in. They need to learn to smile

Amazing sports card shop. Great prices that are right on par with some of the bigger hobby shops (401Games, Hobbiesville etc) and the gentleman working always throws in some top loaders or sleeves. Selection is fairly solid and always have new releases for baseball!

Seems like they have a lot of good stuff. Although place is an absolute mess. I could've looked over this fact, but the service was terrible. The older guy there was completely uninviting and rude. Was also really condescending when I had questions. I went in expecting to make a big purchase, but service completely changed my mind. Would not recommend to anyone, there's also 2 other shops close by that are probably better.

THE best place on the island to get Pokemon cards, hands down, no comparison, absolutely huge selection of packs and sets, as well as many rare cards to choose from. It's my go-to stop for kids birthday presents, and the owner is wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable, and always throws in some free extras for the kids, love this place!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The guy working wouldn't allow me to buy cards with my debit card during a pandemic, kept being whiny about how it will cost him money, my friend had just spent 80$ there.Also a bad price gouging situation, I had made a purchase at curious comics and the same product a day later at this store was double the price at 140$When your selling pieces of cardboard for 10000x what it costs to make them try not to price gouge just before Christmas.Bad store order online or go to curious comics.
