Absolutely brilliant service, delivered the same morning, a minuscule amount of spongy logs ( you’re kidding yourself if you expect none)! Top quality dumpy bag of ash and one of mixed hardwood. Well filled bags too.James is a pleasure to deal with, friendly and amiable.If we need to buy logs in the future, Launceston Logs will be our go to supplier.

Wow! What can I say, next day delivery, yep James will do it. Seasoned logs, kept in a dry barn, as good as kiln dried, tried & tested in our double double parkray 2022 (new eco rules). Exceptional quality logs, burns long & hot. I urge youto try Launceston Logs, you will not be disappointed. Superb value for money. Thank you James from Callington.

Truly excellent service from James at Launceston Logs in the run-up to Christmas.I originally booked 2 dumpy bags, but had to reschedule several times because my partner and I were ill and could not take the delivery. This at short notice. On each occasion James was accommodating , pleasant and when we had eventually recovered he came next day on the dot. Really great.The log quality is excellent - they are a good size, dry, and burn well.Top drawer service - I would give 6 stars if I could.

3 bags of quality logs @ £15 total. Picked them up from outside. They have an honesty box, that proves what a great business this obviously is.Great quality and quantity of logs. Thank you for knowing and trusting your customers . Will return when I am on holiday again.
