I met Tessa about a year ago when I was struggling with chronic back and shoulder pain. She took time to learn about my history, how I live and play and through her practice helped to relieve pain and provided me with advice on adopting healthier habits for prevention. I can start to feel when I need a tune-up and the online booking system allows me to tailor my treatments to both of our schedules. Lucky to have such a great practitioner so close to home!

Tessa Lang (osteo) has helped me in so many ways. Most recently with an issue with my ribs. My pain decreased by 80% after just one treatment. Another time my back went out and I recovered in half the time it has taken in the past with just a few treatments. She is amazing!!
