Amazing training environment! Andre and his team have classes and practices that cater to all levels of the sport. Whether you're a seasoned MMA pro, a high-level BJJ competitor, or just someone who is looking to improve themselves physically and mentally, I can't recommend this place enough!If you need to be pushed, Andre is fiercely competitive, motivating, and will put you to work! If you're just looking to improve your skills technically, he's a wizard and a patient, detailed instructor!The entire team is beyond welcoming and really makes you feel like part of the family. The lessons in this room are invaluable!Big OSS!

Amazing gym: Forever grateful that I met Andre and joined Ouroboros.It’s a really good supportive community and environment; I believe it’s because of the heart and soul that’s put into it.There are Incredible instructors that teach technical strategies, focus, discipline, humility, perseverance and add a splash of fun enjoyment for the love of jiujitsu.Joining this gym has not only helped me get stronger physically, but mentally as well, and I’m achieving things I never thought myself capable of.

Ouroboros is first and foremost an incredible community of people and it starts with the leadership. Coach Andre is different in the sense that he motivates you, is committed to both your growth in Jiu Jitsu and in life. He runs training much like a college sports program and you can see it through the growth of the athletes at all levels. Through structure and a clear pathway of technique, you can sense the maturity and growth of the students at the club in a short period of time. I have been to many MMA and Jiu Jitsu clubs and this is quite simply home for me. The club is beautiful and clean. I highly, highly recommend Ouroboros.

Ouroboros Jiu-jitsu Academy gets a 6-Star in my books. Professor Coach Andre and the leadership of coaches that stand along side him are first class. I joined OBJJ in my 40s and it was the best decision ever. I'm continuously learning and always looking fwd to the next training session. Grateful to be a part of this community. Osss!

Hands down, the best Brazilian ji jitsu gym in all ontario. I have tried couple ji jitsu gyms across ontario, this is the absolute best one. Coach Andre is skilled world-class instructor and deserves all respect. The other coaches are very talented and helpful, with the most supporting and friendly community. Fantastic gym to train, learn a new skill, and meet new people. Coaches are encouraging and motivational. Only been training for 5 months, but BJJ has had a positive impact on my life and mental health. Totally recommend Ouroboros BJJ.

Throughout my years of doing jiu jitsu I have always tried to find a gym that has a great sense of community and a well rounded curriculum. This is only the tip of the ice berg with this gym. Not only does it meet my expectations but it’s also a very clean, warm environment. My skill has greatly improved ever since I started. The coaches are always there and happy to help answer questions after class. I’m happy to be a part of ouroboros. Highly recommend to people of all skill levels

Very happy I found Ouroboros after moving to Hamilton. The community of people that train here are very welcoming and fantastic to surround yourself with. Coach Andre is a top level coach and has helped my growth in Jiu jitsu as well he has taught me lessons I utilize off the mats. Lessons are very structured from week to week but also very fun. I’d recommend Ouroboros to anyone looking to get more active and learn from some of the best people around.
