The staff were very helpful and kind. It was very easy to check in and they brought me directly to my storage unit and showed me how to properly lock the unit. I would definitely recommend StorageMart and will definitely use them again!

The staff was very friendly, and informative. They showed me the unit to make sure it would fit my requirements before the transaction I was able to complete everything early so no delays the day of moving my items in. Unit was clean and carts available to move the heavy ones.

Customer service was amazing, can't remember the name of the man who helped us but he was very professional and helpful. The storage space is very clean and well looked after. The front office was super clean too and both of the workers were very friendly and helpful.

Easy to do online and the in person help is just as good as everyone says. Wish I had used this place first and saved myself alot of money in the end. Facility is always clean and easy to use as well with plenty of carts and doors to use for moving stuff in and out.

Units are clean, staff is very pleasant. Only negative is they tend to do large price increases every year for units you already have been renting for years. It kind of feels like they want you to move out, so they can increase it even more. This has been a frustration more than once, but the location is convenient and the staff is SOO nice, I don't really want to move :(
