This is the worst Uhaul rental place. Simply put, the guy in charge is a criminal. He does 90% of the business via phone, whereas his wife is always around. They lie effortlessly about fuel level.You must be very smart to measure up with their tricks.Now I know better.

I had to reserve twice and then when I went to get the van, I checked in online, and then it told me that there were no vans available even though I was staring at one in front of me in person. I had to find another way to move my large objects.

My truck was waiting for me. I was bit behind schedule, so the owner called to check if I still wanted the truck and didn't cancel the order thinking it's a no-show. The lady is knowledgable and helpful. I recommend this place and would go back for U-Haul service there. Thank you.

I've got to agree with the other reviewers - wonderful experience with the family that runs this branch. I have only good things to say about them and this is coming from someone who has had the most awful experiences with U-Haul elsewhere. I will go out of my way to rent from here again, it's worth the pleasant experience and ease of transaction.

The family that runs this location is nice - no argument there. BUT do NOT use the online check-in service (especially for this location) - you will have to deal with lots of time-wasting unknowns. There were almost no signs - we didn't know where we were permitted to park and had to go to a plaza across the street. The keys are located in the store so there's little point in using the online service. Make sure you inform a friend/family member that is not on the contract that U-Haul will need to call them because without this, there is no rental - important thing that isn't mentioned anywhere. The online service pre-authorized a contract that I agreed with (that's normal) but when I returned the truck, the online service charged me an extra $25 clean-up fee! Obviously not the family running the business' fault but this charge is a scam

Not the typical U-Haul, but is that necessarily bad? Heck no!This place is my type of business. Family ran, friendly and extremely helpful when it came to savings. Came yesterday to pick up a 9 foot van and was in and out of the place in 5 minutes. Can't emphasize how fast it all was. Same goes for drop off.Ill definitely use this place as my go to U-haul. Take a chance guys.

I was referred to this location last minute, the family running the business were friendly and were nice and polite however my biggest disappointment was that there was no equipment (furniture dolly or appliance dolly).This snowballed into much bigger problems as they refused to refund the rental equipment fees and asked me to contact customer service, I had to go to home depot to buy new dollies which cost a lot of money and more miles that I had to pay extra money for.I had to drop off the truck at a different drop off location which asked me about the rental equipment, when I said I didn't receive any rental equipment they said they'll charge me 50$ for each missing equipment and that I had to call customer service to sort it out, so I spent over an hour with customer service explaining that I was charged for rental equipment that I didn't receive, and charged again for not returning them, they said they'll look into it and let me know.Today was by far my worst experience with Uhaul and it all started with a location with no rental dollies.In conclusion, this is a very good location if you don't need anything except the truck, if you expect to find rental dollies then you'll need to figure out how and where to get those.

What an absolute atrocious place. The owner and his wife clearly don’t know how to run a business. I was verbally insulted today and refused service. Everything is on video and I will be contacting uhaul customer service with video evidence. Avoid at all costs, also they tried to charge me extra for something on debit thinking I wouldn’t notice. I believe the owners names are raj and tipica. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Clients needs people with human understanding to coordinate and communicate this company product effectivelyI called this place to confirm picking a truck I have scheduled for 9:30 am on Friday. This girl with an Indian accent pickup. She confirmed the pickup for 24 hours. I told her the gentleman I spoke to said an extra day is not a problem because I am going 6 brs away. She starting raising her voice and insisted on saying 24 hrs. I asked her to speak to someone to answer my question, she slam the phone and blocked my number.

Please do not rent U-Haul trucks here. Worst customer service. They loot money in the name of insurance and fuel costs. Hope U-Haul takes cognizance and do something. I was verbally abused by the lady for adding insurance component and additional charges without letting the customer know. Strictly avoid this location. This place is also located in a shady apartment.
