Do not hire this company under any circumstance - It’s a scam! They ruined my wedding night. They sent 3 servers who did absolutely nothing, ate the catered food in front of the guests, let guests clear their own plates, left the buffet table messy, sat behind the bar together and laughed while tables were dirty, left bus pans on tables with dirty dishes, left open bags of garbage out, had broken down boxes splayed everywhere where guests could see, didn’t put the appies away during dinner, didn’t put dinner away during desert, etc, etc. They didn’t listen to instruction on where to put the chairs when it started to rain and left tables in the back instead of bringing them into the garage. They were utterly useless as well as unfriendly. It was so amateur hour and looked so bad for my guests. It caused a lot of stress for me on the night of my wedding. Please don’t ever work with this company - you will be disappointed. Th we also never apologized or refunded me my money and have yet to return my email in which I stated all of the above. I’m still not convinced this is a real company…

I normally don't but felt I just had to offer a quick note of thanks for all the work that you and your team gave me and my husband at our wedding a couple of weeks ago. My sister recommended you a when I set her to the task of finding vendors and your attention to all the minor details of our event, made all the difference in the world. It's good to know that there are still companies out there who still take pride in their service and take care of the people they call customers. It made all the difference on our big day.

Highly recommend checking out PourBoy services for your special events. We recently hired them for our wedding reception, and overall Lucas was such a pleasant person to work with. He always replied our emails quickly and answered all our questions. He also gave us good quick tips in terms of what and how much liquor/drinks to prepare in order to satisfy our guests, which speaks to his expertise in the field. We hired two service staff to help with an open-bar. Overall they were amazing, and we will absolutely recommend their services to our family and friends in the future.

We hired Pourboy services for a birthday party, two service staff to help with the bar and replenishing the food bar that the catering company had brought. They were amazing. From the initial contact, to timely responses and the day of service, everything was great. Our event ran a bit overtime, and they agreed to stay (of course we paid the extra fee for overtime) but it was nice of them to not just leave the event. We are very happy and would definitely recommend them to others and hire them back for our future events.

It amazes me that so many reviews are so entirely opposite of my experience with the servers who arrived at our event. When my guests started getting up and removing their own plates that really was the limit . We also experienced servers eating directly from our buffet like guests , hiding in the garage sitting on gym equipment . The clean up was chaotic if not non existent. Garbage with beer cans no recycling food products with no lids etc?In the group of three there was no initiative to be professional. It’s sad it was a once in a lifetime event only a group of 55 only close friends and relatives who were all aware of this lack of service .A lesson well learned “ratings” 5 stars at that are not all they appear to be .
