Very bad customer experience. We were short on time for a closing so went with Townline. Later we found out that we paid more than twice the premium and our repetitive calls to revise the policy throughout the year was ignored. I will not do business with them ever again.

Went there during covid times. Unlike another place that was open for walk ins they were very happy to help me. I felt welcomed and they were very nice. Can't reccomend these guys enough!

Great staff, friendly service. They keep up with all the changes that ICBC puts us through, and they have the answers. For us riders, they also deal with the Beacon Policy which is a huge bonus and relief on motorcycle insurance rates. Go see them. :-)

After struggling like mad to try and get my auto insurance renewed, Vikram at Townline had me set up within an hour. Very knowledgeable people and the office is a pleasant place to be.A quick call to my husband and we were all set.These people know how to handle workers in remote areas. And that’s not always the case with other brokers in town.If your spouse works up north or is in the military, this is the place for you.
