Costco Pharmacy

I was fortunately told by someone in a support group to get my dog's prescriptions for seizures here as opposed to buying it from the vet; it saves me SO MUCH money. It is usually pretty slow tho, and the texts they send to say your order is ready aren't always accurate (so I'd call first, especially if you're driving an hour to get there). I'm still very happy to save the money I do so that's only a small inconvenience. And no membership needed to use the pharmacy!

This pharmacy has been disappointing a few times in a row. Sorry but will be going elsewhere moving forward.

Best price and great speed.

No customer care, no order to the flow of people.I went for my COVID testing for travel; once booked no instructions, you get there and there zero signage or guidance.I ask the hearing station where you need to go, they say first window because you need to pay.I wait in the line and get to a person who then tells me no, you need to over to the middle windows. I get in line, I wait my turn, one person ignores everyone waiting and goes in front and they do nothing. I get to the window and called up, they tell to then wait at another window. I wait there for 5 or so more minutes, they take my info that I provided online, and then tell me to go back to the first window to pay.They need to fix this broken experience, it is not hard to list the steps in the appointment confirmation or have signage up at the store.

Prices are good on most items, over the counter brands are cheaper, but for a busy store, they are Always understaffed and slow. 13 people in line , one person on the counter
