Derek was a life saver, when he had the only available pick up truck for our needs. The pricing was completely reasonable and the customer service we received was fantastic. I was in such a bind this past weekend. I was in search of a rental car; arriving from Calgary to Cranbrook on a Sunday morning. I was stressed beyond belief after I booked a non - refundable flight with an intended destination of Nelson BC. After looking at all the rental car companies and noting they were closed, R'n'D Rentals was open!! I called Derek and he was able to hook me up with a truck. I was able to make my meetings, albeit in a bigger vehicle than I originally had in mind, but I made it! The truck was awesome, in great condition and Derek even left it at the airport for me, fully sanitized.Thanks so much Derek!
