Had a problem with my 2004 VW TDI Golf not starting a few weeks back. brought it here, they found and fixed the problem within a day or two, at a great price. The woman at the counter is extremely friendly. Will definitely be back next time i need work done.

Natasha and Matt are two top notch people to do business with. Very thorough explanation of all work and right up front with the cost. Very reasonable rates. Clean and organized shop and just all around nice folks. Communication is second to none.They know their VW's, that's for sure.

Absolutely amazing customer service, they squeezed me in the next day and addressed all my concerns (they even fixed what another garage did wrong at no cost since it was a simple fix). I was fearful of issues with my mini tank but they have it running like new again. Totally recommend them. Reasonable pricing. Also got video and photos of what was going being done, and the issues.

If you got a Volkswagen Matt's your guy, simple as that. Been seeing him for over a year now and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Very professional, quick to respond and easy to set up appointments. Tire changes, repairs, whatever it may be it's always a stress free experience. For a layman like myself it's important to be able to trust my mechanic knows what he's talking about and Matt does, he'll always give you a fair price and excellent service. If there's ever anything he can't do he'll refer you to someone who can. It's clear he takes pride in his work and the results speak for itself.

I recently went with my daughter to have her 2016 VW Golf In for an inspection. Matt gave the car a thorough inspection which lasted an hour. After inspection, Matt walked us through the inspection, and went over the maintenance schedule with us. When we asked him what we owed for the inspection, he told us there was no charge. We were shocked and pleasantly surprise! So wonderful to have a mechanic you can trust to be so fairly priced, professional and honest.This is our second time bringing the car to the shop; he had replaced the front sway bar links in a timely, and inexpensive manner.Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome! Went in with my Audi to check an engine light that could of been a $6000 turbo job, but they knew right away what the issue was and fixed it within an hour, and only cost me a mere $120!This is a very professional and knowledgeable team, it is now my new go to place for my Audi.

Awesome shop run by great people. So happy to have an alternative to take my vw. Light years better then the vw dealer in cornwall. And they only fix what needs to be fixed!!! Unlike the aforementioned. Highly recommend.
