Metro Plus Chateauguay

How ridiculous this is. I went to the store to order a plate of egg sandwiches for 22 people. I was told that they can't do that, that I can only order a plate with 3 different varieties of sandwiches. Talk about not wanting to work. Hahaha.

Very racist place. I used to get my lunch from that store because it was the closest thing to us. One day they blamed all of the black people for an old man tripping in his feet because he was to busy watching us eat. They then proceeded to call us a group of savages . We were banned for 2 weeks until they realized that they started losing money. We made sure that the word got out on how rude and disrespectful their staff are. A lot of people stopped buying from them. It's not the first time something like that has happened to us . The manager is very rude and impatient. Also i find it very disturbing and disgusting that they are allowed to smoke so close tho the entrance door . Their food is often rotten and not fresh like they claim. Also at the food counter they dont give you the amount you pay for .. It seems like they give you half of the food for full price. I wish i could give ZERO STARS

i am giving this place 3 stars went in to buy a poutine and asked the dude to make fresh fries told me they were fresh but they looked like they were from yesterday i was sick and hungry and didnt feel like arguing with him but beurrkk disgusting old and hard fries, see if i wasn't sick i would of returned and asked for a reimbursement but i chose to no longer support that side of the business anymore. my other concern is the fact that the prices are ridiculous even if wealthy i wouldn't pay the asking price so i go when there are deals but overall the place is well maintained and the workers are friendly that is why i give them the fair note

Such Amazing friendly service. I called for a fruit basket for delivery from Alberta to be delivered in Chateauguay, by the time I called back in 5 min because i thought i forgot to give my name they had already contacted the recipient. Also I was able t o add a few extra special things to the basket to make it special for my nephew. Loved this Service and their patience as i explained what i needed. Love the great customer service!

Lived beside it for 4 years. Waited a long time before giving a review. It's finally time. The absolute worst grocery store around. I've tried to find worse but can't. They desperately need new managers. The staff is not to blame. Their managers are! Year or more later: lots of changes, still no improvement

Its got all the stuff you need, a little dirty but thats okay, it has candy and even an international food aisle, pretty good groccery

Very good place talk about the night staff they are a blessing honestly I give them much respect cuz they are friendly gives good customer service I was there a couple days ago and I had dropped my money outside and it was closing time already but they let me go find my money and come to buy what I need and I respect them for that because I really needed those products that night and they granted me that thank you very much so my recommendation shop at metro plus châteauguay.

I actually like metro besides all the overpriced products but the only reason why I'm giving this a two star is because I recently got fired from a job I worked here and the store manager was so rude I came in first day and she ignored me when i said hi do not choose to work here bro no cap

Great selection just a bit of a maze getting through the store
