My husband and I went to this store to upgrade our phones. We were met with Amber. She was so polite, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the different options that we had and tried to get us the best plan for our needs while not breaking the bank.She made this whole experience so calm and relaxed. Amber was amazing. She was extremely helpful, provided us with excellent discounts, was very friendly and fun to deal with and she guided us through the set up of our new phones. If we could give her 10 stars we would. I guess we’ll have to settle for 5 stars.

Came in to get a new phone and Mabel and Amber helped me get everything set up with nothing down plus a free tablet and discounts through the preferred program which ended up being cheaper than my existing phone plan!! Amazing service and a super personal experience 10/10 recommend!

The manager has no sense of customer engagement. After seeming to have an issue with system not accepting documents. She wouldn't even call Rogers to clatifying and said it isn't my job". Her error caused me to be on the phone with Rogers Support Agent just to say that she didn't do her job and put info incorrectly on system causing error. She walked away and the other Staff stepped up and took over and completed flawlessly in less than 10mins. Unreal Customer Relations."

This may have been the most fun and best experience I’ve ever had with a company; Austin and Amber were absolutely amazing to me and my fiancée!! Originally went in to add a new line to my account and left with 2 new phones, cases, screen protectors, a tablet, speaker, 3 in 1 charging setup and headphones without spending an extra cent! On top of that my phone bill actually went down! It was a personalized visit and I felt so comfortable with anything n everything they were doing to give me the best prices possible and they definitely did it! 10/10 experience! Thank you guys, keep up the great work! ❤️

Tiffany, Amber and Austin went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and set us up entirely. They made sure we were completely happy and spent a couple of hours doing so. I would not hesitate to go back for any future needs.
