The Best You [Brantford] - Medical Cosmetics & Aesthetics Clinic

While in a consultation for Botox for my girlfriend the doctor seemed extremely polite and well educated. He explained that she would be much more satisfied with a filler which was much more expensive, but based on his opinion it did seem like a better option for what she wanted. She was very excited when he physically showed her what it look like with filler as opposed to Botox and assured her that they would make sure she was satisfied with the results and to come back if she wasn't.After waiting the suggested two weeks. There was very very minimal difference and the results were not what the doctor said they would be. She went in to speak with him to show him the outcome and to her surprise, although after looking at the before and after pictures everyone could see there was very little difference, The doctor refused to fix or adjust her lips using anymore filler unless she paid additional money.It seems as if this Clinic is very quick to upsell customers suggesting better results, but when the results are not What the customer wanted they do nothing to help and leave you very unsatisfied. Do not waste your time or money.

I highly recommend The Best You, Brantford. I've been going there for years now and each experience is outstanding. All of the staff are kind, friendly, professional and informative. You always leave satisfied and excited for your next treatment. The clinic space is neatly kept, bright, open and beautiful. I would highly recommend The Best You in Brantford. Yesterday was my first visit and I was pleasantly welcomed by a very friendly staff, both professional and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and bright, the treatment room comfortable and spacious. They seem to have the latest technology and are well educated in it's use. Fortunately, they carry the vivier skin care line which is very high quality. I will definitely be back. ( :

I've been going to The Best You for a few years now. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They really do make you feel and look your best. Love the products and treatments they offer which are up to date with the latest technologies.

First off let me start by saying that The Best You has changed my entire image. I had previously had about 12 treatments of Laser hair removal on my face with not a single result. I was very hesitant about trying it again. I am glad I did.From the very first time setting foot in the Best You, they were extremely knowledgable (about the products they carry, their technology and that there may be something else health wise that I may not be aware of) and inviting.I told them what I was struggling with in regards to my skin, and they set me up on a phenomenal face cleansing routine with their Vivier products. Their technicians have done an incredible job with the laser treatments, there is always a phone call the next day to see how I am doing! The results are very obvious after only a few treatments.I have always struggled with my image and during my very first treatment with them they suggested that I go to my family doctor and ask to be tested for PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) - and they were right. They know what to look for when my family doctor didn't. I can not express how impressed and thankful I am for them, and because of this I will continue to use their services and urge everyone else to as well.

I am a new to the Botox world but I had a great first experience with Nestor. He was honest and wants you to look natural. I appreciated his feedback. I was told I could have a follow up in two weeks after my first session. I have been having issues with scheduling as he is only available on Thursday’s. I was hoping to have a touch up and pay for more units if required as I still needed some more. I booked well in advance for my first session before I was to leave on vacation. I wanted to have everything done before I left. Last Thursday January the 27th would have been my two week follow up. I was not able to schedule any time that day as there was not enough appointments for the day to justify him coming to town? I was scheduled for February 3rd but that has now been cancelled in anticipation of the snow storm. Which I understand I want everyone to be safe. I am just disappointed in the lack of availability. I am a single mom, nurse, and I am in school so my time is limited as well but I try to be flexible for the Thursdays. Other then this I had a great experience.

The Best You in Branford is amazing. My overall experience was more than expected, with kind friendly staff, and an amazing doctor. Dr. Nestor Torres listens to what you want, and delivers. I am very happy with my results, and would highly recommend this place.
