8X Rentals

We have been living at 8X since July 2022. It is such a beautiful, well-kept building thanks to Tina and Amy! They both do a fabulous job making life at 8X a pleasure. We feel so lucky to live in such a great condo and are very proud to share all that it has to offer with friends and family whenever we can.

This is a very nice place to live. The management team is excellent and always around and ready to help. Tina, the building manager, is invariably obliging, efficient and kind. Both she and Amy are delightful.

This place is great! The location is central to everything you need, the building is very well maintained, and any issues that occur are generally resolved very quickly. The staff are all super friendly, attentive and consistently go above and beyond to assist you!

X8 Rentals on Richards street is a really nice place to stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful design of the space is immediately apparent from the moment you step inside the building.The building is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable life, such as a gym, coworking spaces, a BBQ zone, a bike-elevator to secure bike storage rooms, and a park zone nearby.What really sets X8 Rentals apart, however, is the exceptional organization and management of the space. The building management team has clearly put in a lot of thought and care to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and that every resident feels welcomed and supported. I am incredibly grateful for their dedication and hard work in creating such a wonderful living experience.Overall, I highly recommend X8 Rentals on Richards street as a fantastic place to call home. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to experience it firsthand.

My partner and I have had the pleasure of living at 8x for almost a year and a half, however we hope to be here for a lot longer. We love being apart of Yale Town and living in such a beautiful building. The location is 10/10. Having so many of Vancouvers best restaurants right at your door step is incredible. The staff that keep 8x running smoothly truly are the best and have done a great job making this place a home for us.
