They are normally on time which is nice that your appointment goes accordingly to the booking. Very friendly !! No too impressed with quality of my ultrasound photos I recently have gotten for my 12 weeks scan.

If 'efficient' was in the dictionary with a photo, there should be one of the women that work at this location! I was in & out in record time (didnt even have time to ask for the wifi pw!) If only hospitals were run by these women, there would be NO 8 hour wait at Emerg! I was super impressed because rarely do you go to an appointment these days & NOT wait!

Staff are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I was well informed about the test and what I could expect once it was completed. Another great experience with Mayfair Diagnostics.The only thing that could use improvement is the long wait time to call and book an appointment.

The nurse who did my exam for bone density was very helpful and knowledgeable and she was so kind. I really appreciates how she did treating me. Keep up the good workThanks a lot

Overall experience was great. The technician was super friendly and helpful. I personally mixed up my times, went way too early lol.I would like to add that the receptionist was a little meh, definitely room for improvement. I suggest perhaps acknowledge if someone walks in and do a little small talk, might help with patients feeling a bit more comfortable and or special.I also liked the fact that masks was optional, cut back on the waste. Some clinics demand that you take a new mask.I would recommend this place if they improve their receptionist staff approach.

This place is nice and clean. And the Filipino Receptionist is accommodating and very friendly. Overall all staff are nice and friendly.

We are from BC but has to do a time-sensitive procedure. From the time we book the appointment until the moment we finish the procedure, they were super awesome. The receptionist was super accomodating with the fact that we use BC health care. Kudos to the tech Alysha, she was super gentle and patient explaining what we were looking at. The whole experience was so pleasant. I am even thinking to fly here for next procedure to get the experience. At the end, they even gave us a USB with the picture and video for free (must pay $15 for 2 pics in BC). Thank you so much Mayfair team to turn my experience around from my first ultrasound. You guys are so amazing!!

Did not have to wait long for my appointment. The tech was professional and friendly.

My procedure was very close to on time. The technician was very competent and considerate. The location was easy to access. All good.
