Wow what great service! I went to Fountain Tire yesterday to have my summer tires put on and they were rude, and a series of unfortunate events occurred with them being unprofessional and not completing the job right. So I went to Kal today and they were friendly, professional, and fixed the problem that Fountain had created and took the time to explain to me all things that next door didn’t . These folks will definitely be getting my family’s business from now on! Thanks to Matt and his awesome team!

I shopped around and they qouted me the best price and when they where done they charged me more than the other places. Even when i explained to them what i wanted done. He said he had to charge me more for dismounting. He should explained to me about extra charges b4 working on it.

The staff at Kal Tire provide such wonderful service for our family. They are friendly and skilled as they take care of our many older vehicles with both tires and mechanical work. They are very thorough, yet don’t charge for things that aren’t required. I highly recommend this business!

I went there to find out if they found fix a tire for me. They said it wasn't fixable and could sell me a tire. So I agreed. I told them I can make an appt for it because I have to go to work in leduc right away but they said they can do it right away. 45 minutes later I asked them how much longer it was going to be. They said at least another 15-20 minutes and told me Id only been waiting for 15 minutes. I knew exactly what time it was when I got there. I told him what time it was and he kept saying yup sure ok mhmm whatever you say" to everything I said. He was being super immature and condescending when all i asked was what time it was going to be done. Luckily it was done right after that

Overall it was a great experience. Had a bit of a headache when I went in for 4 brand new tires and went to pick up my car to find they only did 2 for some reason, but in the end, all was straightened out. A bit of irritation and inconvenience for me, however staff remained very professional, friendly, and did all they could to offer great service. Even with the confusion, I would still return and would still recommend Kal Tire to my family and friends. They even took care of me next morning when I kept having one tire losing air and stopped in wondering why - definitely a good experience. Prices were great, service was top notch, and they did make buying new tires much better of an experience than I have previously had.

You know, they deserve a good review. I just got back from there. Brought my van in to put some old tires on it. They were in better shape then the ones I took off. They took me in right at the start of my appointment and finished in roughly an hour.When paying the bill, he mentioned that they had found a screw in one tire and had repaired it. I'm sure they were right but I did mention that I had wished they had mentioned that to me before doing the repair. Just so I was in the know. Without skipping a beat, the fella working there agreed and eliminated the charge. I would have paid it anyway, but he eliminated the charge for the tire repair.I can't complain about that. Kal Tire in Wetaskiwin is a good store to deal with. I'll be happy to purchase some tires from them in the future.
