I called many of the big names in the laboratory industry in my area North York and they all sent me to their website to register etc.None of them picked up the phone to answer me.Then I found Med-Health, where I spoke to a friendly lady and got my appointment set up for next day. I went there today and got my blood test done. Didn't even feel the needle. Thanks guys.There was big construction going on at Keele and Finch. Just park behind their building.

one of the staff here, i guess an asian, reassured me that they accept the test i have but when i returned back on the next day, that staff said they are not doing that kind of test. She just wasted my time, my gas and effort.

I had my blood drawn this morning and after 58 years on this planet, I was reminded how fragile are my body systems. I felt like I was about to pass out. I sincerely thank the staff at Med-Health Labs for acknowledging and quickly responding to my plea for assistance; dizziness, thirst and sweating. I was given water, made comfortable, asked to lean forward and manually fanned to cool down. I followed the staff instructions and recovered quickly. Thanks for reminding me of my mortality. You are truly angels!

I visited this lab today in order to have some test done for my g p. Usually I use LifeLabs who are located at the corner but unfortunately their service lately has become intolerable first of all when you call him they put you on hold for ages. After two attempts to call them at different times because they are 24/7 I decided to email them. I did so on two occasions and they didn't respond so I decided to find another lab that would accommodate me. This is how I discovered medlab. I applied online for an appointment and was granted one within a few hours. I then proceeded to their clinic at Keele and Finch and was processed immediately upon arrival and all the necessary tests were performed to my satisfaction. I'd recommend them highly as they take walk-ins as well as appointments and their website is very easy to use. So if you're looking for a lab to have tests done these people are willing to accommodate you and do appreciate your business. Sometimes smaller organizations will offer better service and are interested and serving you well as a patient. This organization is one of them.

Worst experience ever! don't know how they got 4.5 star. I chose this lab for my blood test because of their high rate and drove far to here. They let the medical student who is obviously lack of experience practice alone without supervision from an experienced practitioner. The medical student failed to connect the tube and the needle properly and so the needle was taking out my blood but the blood was not going in to the testing tube. I was bleeding fast and the blood leaked on the chair and the floor and the medical student was even more panic than I am. He doesn't know how to handle the unexpected situation and it took him long enough to think about what he should do to stop the bleeding. And btw no one apologize for the horrible experience I had.

It was very clean and professional! I recommend it and love how time effective it was as well.

Super friendly receptionists and very clear instructions on what to do. I got my urination sample at a clean washroom which needed keys (pretty much private) so i took my time. The blood sample was taken neatly and quickly, very professional. Everyone was nice and quick, not many people around the time i was there. Walk-in is also possible.
