This review is for the post office. I visited this location to ship a few packages and was asked to package the labels and packaging myself. I’m sorry I didn’t know that the clerk was getting paid to do nothing? Or did Canada Post recently introduced “self-serve” option that I didn’t know about? This business is so unprofessional - should be shut down asap.

I do a lot of online shopping, thus a lot of returns. I also have stuff delivered using flex delivery to other locations depending on my location. As such, i've had a lot of experiences with varied locations. I can honestly say this one is one of the best. Yes, they may have long wait times, but they have great customer service and treat my packages like they're shipping their own. They also provided tape free of charge to me (which I realize they aren't supposed to do - annoyingly found this out at another location and realized this location is just special). All in all, great location with great customer service.

It has everything a Hasty Market should have and more! The customer service is superb and they are very knowledgeable. When it is busy they move the line as quickly as possible. They are kind, patient, and very helpful! I recommend the Post Office (it's the only one I use, even for a 79 page fax once, it was very quick, accurate, and they were very patient. Another person came right away to help the line move along.) and the store to everyone and anyone.

I've been using this post office daily for over 2 years. The service is always professional and accurate. They move the line as quickly as possible. They are helpful, patient and kind - even when some customers are rude and impatient with them. I trust them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

wow - the comments on here. I like this post office very much. I have NEVER had a problem at this outlet and they are careful with medicine we receive and other special orders. Very good service.

Absolutely horrible service, I needed a code checked and the ladies did not even try checking it; even before they saw the code they said it doesn’t work. Extremely rude no customer service at all, I would rather travel to burlington than deal with these lazy.Drove to dundas canada post centre, the code worked fine there.

Worse attitude, the lady said it’s not my job to close your package like what’s a big deal if we ask you politely. I would have done it if I would have known. But good to know for next time to avoid this location.

Nothing to do with having to pack my own package.1) The wait times are ridiculous because they are constantly switching between operating the convenience store and the postal office.2) They are not the most helpful people to begin with and some of them just don’t seem to care (which is a shame because my local delivery guy is a gem).

This post is for the post office and not the convenient store... it's terrible. Packages get left there with no information that you receive a package because the delivery drivers are to lazy to walk to the door and do their job. I know there's a strike but you can still do your jobs like everyone else in this world does. Dhl, fed ex, and tons of other delivery services stand ready to do what these lazy strikers don't seem to know how to. There are always other options...
